(Problem to be solved by the invention) When using a concrete block with a predetermined length and approximately U-shaped cross section, this concrete block has a standard size, for example, an inner width and depth of 400 mm and a length of about 4000 mm. Assuming that, the weight is very heavy at approximately 2200 kg, so large-scale equipment such as a crane truck is required to unload the concrete block from a truck etc. on site and insert it into the designated position in the trench dug in the ground. It was necessary. Also,
Since the concrete blocks were already integrated into the shape of the groove, loading efficiency was poor when they were transported by truck or the like.

In addition, when concrete plates of a predetermined length that are almost flat are used, it takes a lot of work to arrange the concrete plates in two rows in an orderly manner, and it also takes a lot of effort to prevent the concrete plates arranged in two rows from falling over. Shoring was required and construction efficiency was poor.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, the prefabricated gutter of the present invention includes a flat bottom plate portion and a pair of mutually parallel parallel parts that respectively protrude upward from both ends of the bottom plate portion in the width direction. In addition to providing a plurality of joint members formed by integrally molding a substantially flat side plate portion and a pair of substantially flat protruding plate portions whose inner surfaces abut against the outer surfaces of the side plate portions, The end face in the longitudinal direction is opposite to the end face in the longitudinal direction of the protruding plate part, the lower end face of the end part in the longitudinal direction is opposite to the upper surface of the bottom plate part, and the inner surface of the end part in the longitudinal direction is opposite to the end face in the longitudinal direction of the side plate part. an outer side wall portion facing the outer surface; and an inner side wall portion whose outer surface abuts the inner surface of the outer side wall portion and whose longitudinal end surface faces the longitudinal end surface of the side plate portion. A plurality of pairs of side wall members integrally molded are provided, and the protruding plate portion of the joint member has both longitudinal end surfaces located closer to the center in the longitudinal direction than both longitudinal end surfaces of the bottom plate portion and the side plate portions. The side plate portion of the joint member is molded so that the length in the longitudinal direction is approximately equal to the bottom plate portion.

(Function) During construction, joint members are arranged at predetermined intervals, and a pair of side wall members is arranged between adjacent joint members. At this time, by simply butting the longitudinal end of the outer side wall of the side wall member against the upper surface of the bottom plate, the outer surface of the side plate, and the longitudinal end surface of the protruding plate, the side wall member is connected to the joint. It is supported in an accurately positioned state by the member. Further, even if the side wall member tries to fall inward, the inner surface of the outer side wall portion and the outer surface of the side plate portion contact, so that the side wall member will not fall down.

When constructing a side gutter, first, a groove of a predetermined width and a predetermined depth is excavated at a predetermined position on the ground 2, and the joint members 1 are inserted into the groove at predetermined intervals. Then, a pair of side wall members 3 are arranged between adjacent joint members 1, respectively. At this time, both ends of the outer side wall portion 11 of the side wall member 3 are positioned in the recess 9 of the joint member 1, and the longitudinal end surface of the outer side wall portion 11 is butted against the longitudinal end surface 8a of the protruding plate portion 8. , the lower end surface of the longitudinal end of the outer side wall 11 is butted against the upper surface 6a of the bottom plate 6, and the inner surface of the longitudinal end of the outer side wall 11 is abutted against the outer surface 7a of the side plate 7. Match with. As a result, the side wall member 3 is supported by the joint member 1 in an accurately positioned state, the upper end surface of the outer side wall portion 11 is flush with the upper end surface of the protruding plate portion 8, and the outer surface of the outer side wall portion 11 is flush with the upper end surface of the protruding plate portion 8. is flush with the outer surface of the protruding plate portion 8, and the upper end surface of the inner side wall portion 12 is flush with the upper end surface of the side plate portion 7.
The inner surface of the side plate portion 7 is flush with the inner surface of the side plate portion 7. The side wall member 3 includes an outer side wall portion 11
Since the inner surfaces of both ends of are in contact with the outer surface 7a of the side plate section 7, it does not fall inward, and the outer surface of the outer side wall section 11 is supported by the side wall of the groove on the ground 2. Therefore, it does not fall outward. Therefore, shoring for supporting the side wall member 3 is not required. As described above, a predetermined number of joint members 1
After assembling the side wall members 3 and 3, concrete is cast in place to construct the bottom wall 4, and the opposing side plate parts 7 are assembled.
The side gutter is completed by placing the lid 5 between the upper end surfaces and between the upper end surfaces of the inner side wall portions 12 facing each other. In this state, the top surface of the lid 5 is
and is flush with the upper end surface of the outer side wall portion 11.

In this way, each of the joint member 1 and the side wall member 3 is extremely lightweight, and can be unloaded from a truck or the like on site or inserted into the premises on the ground 2 using a simple tool such as a chain block. Since it is easy to perform and does not require large-scale equipment such as a crane truck, construction costs can be significantly reduced. In addition, the joint member 1 is very small, and the side wall member 3
Since it is almost flat, it has very good loading efficiency when transported by truck, etc., so transportation costs can be significantly reduced. Moreover, simply by arranging the side wall member 3 between adjacent joint members 1, the side wall member 3 can be reliably supported by the joint member 1 in an accurately positioned state, so that the assembly work of the joint member 1 and the side wall member 3 can be easily performed. Since the construction is easy and at the same time does not require shoring of the side wall member 3, the construction can be carried out reliably in a short time, and from this also the construction cost can be significantly reduced.

(Another Embodiment) Since the bottom wall 4 is constructed of cast-in-place concrete, when laying gutters on a steep slope with a slope of 5% or more, the bottom wall 4 can be easily made into a stepped shape as shown in Fig. 9. I can do it. In this way, the flow rate of water in the gutter can be restricted to within a certain speed,
Therefore, the flow rate of water in the side gutter does not become too fast and the water does not blow out from the side gutter at the end of the downhill slope.

In addition, since the bottom wall 4 is constructed of cast-in-place concrete, when laying gutters on a slope, the 10th
As shown in the figure, the bottom wall 4 can be easily made to have a slope opposite to that of the slope. Therefore, the water in the side gutter can flow in the opposite direction to the slope direction from the top to the bottom of the slope.

In addition, since the bottom wall 4 is constructed of cast-in-place concrete, if the flow rate of water flowing through the gutter plate is low, an invert 15 can be easily formed by providing a recess in the widthwise center of the bottom wall 4 as shown in FIG. 11. can do. In this way, even when the flow rate of water in the side gutter is small, water can be prevented from staying in the side gutter.

Further, as shown in FIG. 12, there is a joint member 1 which is substantially doglegged in plan view, and a pair of side wall members 3 having mutually different lengths.
By manufacturing the gutter, it is possible to easily accommodate curved sections, and it is possible to reduce the number of places where the entire gutter at the curved section must be constructed using cast-in-place concrete.

Further, as shown in FIG. 13, curved portions can be easily accommodated by forming the longitudinal ends of the inner surfaces of the outer side wall portions 11 of each side wall member 3 into tapered surfaces 11a. . This embodiment is particularly suitable when the radius of the curve is large, and a standard seam member 1 can be used.

Further, as shown in FIG. 14, if grooves 17 are provided on the inner surface of the side plate portion 7 along the vertical direction, and the weir plate 18 is fitted into the grooves 17 so as to be freely inserted and removed,
By inserting and removing the weir plate 18, water can be freely adjusted to flow or accumulate.

Further, as shown in FIG. 15, an opening 20 is provided in the side plate portion 7 and the protruding plate portion 8, and a groove 20a extending in the vertical direction is formed on both side walls of the opening 20.
The weir plate 21 is removably fitted to 0a, and
By providing grooves 22 along the vertical direction on the inner surface of the side plate portion 7 and fitting the weir plates 23 into these grooves 22 so as to be freely inserted and removed, water can be divided or merged by inserting and removing the weir plates 21 and 23. It is possible to freely change the channels and water channels.

(Effects of the invention) As explained above, according to the invention, each of the joint member and the side wall member is extremely lightweight, and can be easily unloaded from a truck on site or inserted into a groove in the ground. This can be easily carried out using simple tools such as a chain block, and large-scale equipment such as a crane truck is not required, so construction costs can be significantly reduced. Further, since the joint member is very small and the side wall member is substantially flat, the loading efficiency is very good when transporting by truck, etc., so that the transport cost can be significantly reduced. Moreover, simply by placing the side wall members between adjacent joint members, the side wall members can be accurately positioned and reliably supported by the joint members, making it easy to assemble the joint members and the side wall members. Since shoring of the side wall members is not required, construction can be carried out reliably in a short time, and from this as well, construction costs can be significantly reduced. In addition, since the bottom wall is constructed with cast-in-place concrete, the bottom wall can be shaped like steps,
It is very easy to make the slope of the bottom wall opposite to the road or to provide an invert on the bottom wall. Further, by slightly deforming the joint member and providing longer and shorter lengths of the paired side wall members, curved portions can be easily accommodated.
