Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 導電性薄膜、誘電性薄膜、導電性薄膜、及び絶
    縁薄膜の順に重ね合わせた帯状積層膜を、前記絶
    縁薄膜を内側にしてドラムコアの巻芯に巻き重ね
    て筒形に形成し、前記帯状積層体の一方の導電性
    薄膜の両端部にリード端子をそれぞれ設け、他方
    の導電性薄膜の一端部にリード端子を設けてなる
    ことを特徴とする複合フイルタ。
