(産業上の利用分野) この考案は周面に互いに相反する連続した2条
の螺旋状導糸溝を有する巻糸用綾振ドラムに係
る。 (従来の技術) 巻糸機では巻糸の工程における給糸条件に適合
した形状の巻糸体を形成するため、例えば整経機
にかける巻糸体は通常5吋トラバースの平行チー
ズに巻き、織機のよこ糸、又編機用としては6吋
トラバースのコーンチーズに巻く。従つて使用す
る綾振ドラムは通常5吋トラバース及び6吋トラ
バースのものがよく使用される。 (考案が解決しようとする問題点) しかるに、近時大量少品種生産体制から多品種
少量、短サイクル生産体制の対応を余儀なくさ
れ、このため巻糸工程において生産品種の切替え
増加に伴う増員、稼動率の低化、関連付帯設備の
増設、原料品種増による在庫負担等に伴う経費の
増大、生産と在庫管理の複雑化等多くの問題が生
ずる。 (問題点を解決するための手段) 本考案は上記従来の問題点に鑑み、1種の綾振
ドラムで5吋トラバースの平行チーズと6吋トラ
バースの9゜15′および5″57′のコーンチーズの巻糸
体を得るようにしたもので、従来の6吋トラバー
ス用ドラムの導糸溝を改良し、ワインド数2で綾
振り長さ約152mm(6吋)とし、導糸溝右端Aよ
り最初の溝交叉点Bまでの綾振り長さを約25mm
(1吋)とし、該第1の溝交叉点Bより第2の溝
交叉点Cまでおよび第2の溝交叉点Cより第3の
溝交叉点Dまでの綾振り長さを夫々約41mmとし、
第3の溝交叉点Dより導糸溝左端Eまでの綾振り
長さを約45mmとしたことを特徴とする。 (実施例) 第1図は本考案に係る綾振ドラムの表面展開図
を示し、綾振り長さは約152mm(6吋)で、ワイ
ンド数は2であり導糸溝1の右端Aから最初の溝
交叉点(第1の溝交叉点)Bまでの綾振り長さを
約25mm(1吋)とし、第1溝交叉点Bより第2溝
交叉点Cまで並びに第2溝交叉点Cより第3溝交
叉点Dまでを夫々約41mmとし、第3溝交叉点Dよ
り導糸溝の左端Eまでの綾振り長さを約45mmと
し、第1溝交叉点Bから導糸溝1の左端Eまで綾
振り長さとして第1溝交叉点Bで糸を折返すよう
にするときは約127mm(5吋)トラバースでワイ
ンド数1.5の綾振ドラムとして使用し得るように
し、導糸溝1の右端A側での糸のトラバース速度
を減速するように右端の溝1′を内側に傾斜させ
た。 更に第1図で示すように第1溝交叉点Bにおけ
る受溝Fの内側先端の側縁屈折角θを該受溝Fの

ムの表面展開図を示し、導糸溝1の傾斜角度はド

導糸溝1の右端Aから最初の溝交叉点Bまでの綾
振り長さは約27mm、最初の溝交叉点即ち第1溝交
叉点Bから第2溝交叉点Cまでの綾振り長さは約
34mm、第2溝交叉点Cより第3溝交叉点Dまでは
約41mm、第3溝交叉点Dより導糸溝の左端Eまで
の綾振り長さは約48mmとなつており、この従来の
綾振ドラムに綾振り規制板を使用して5吋トラバ
ースの平行チーズを巻くと巻糸体の右端が硬く左
端が軟かくなり後工程の給糸に不適である。 (作用) 本考案の綾振ドラムは6吋トラバース用して
9゜15′および5゜17′コーンチーズの巻糸用として使
用し得るばかりでなく綾振り規制板との組合せ使
用により第1溝交叉点Bと導糸溝左端E間のトラ
バース作用で5吋トラバースの平行チーズ巻にも
兼用できる。 第3図は本考案ドラムの使用状態を示す巻糸装
置で、2は導糸溝1を有する綾振ドラム、3は駆
動モータ、4はテンシヨン装置、5はサプライ装
置、6は巻糸体、7はドラム2を5吋トラバース
用として使用するときドラム2に近く設けて糸の
振り幅を制御する綾振り規制板である。 上記装置において綿100%コーマ糸20sおよび綿
100%カード糸40sを巻試験のの結果5吋、6吋の
トラバースの切換えは良好であり、しかも5吋平
行巻、6吋5゜57′および9゜15′の巻形状も良好であ
