Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the invasion of air bubbles into a liquid level guide cover and to accurately sense a liquid level even when air bubbles are generated. CONSTITUTION:An electrode part is covered with a liquid level guide cover 3 and air bubbles are prevented from entering the cover 3. A liquid level changes from the leading end of a high water level electrode 1 to that of a low water level electrode 2. A liquid goes in and out through a hole 8 and the internal and external pressures of the cover 3 are kept equal by a hole 7. A bottom lid forming an angle with respect to a horizontal surface is provided to the lower part of the cover 3 to prevent the stagnation of the liquid within the cover. By this constitution, the liquid level can be accurately sensed even when air bubbles are generated in the liquid.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. The liquid level generally fluctuates from the tip of the high water level electrode FM1 to the tip of the low water level electrode FM1. At this time, the liquid flows in and out from the liquid inlet and outlet 8,
Equal pressure inside and outside of the liquid level guide cover 3 is maintained by the equalizing pressure maintaining hole 7. Furthermore, since a bottom cover is provided at the bottom of the liquid level guide cover 3 at an angle with respect to the horizontal plane, it is possible to prevent liquid from accumulating inside. Air bubbles rising upward from below do not enter the liquid level guide cover 3 because the large liquid outlet hole 8 is provided on the lower side surface of the liquid level guide cover 3.

According to this embodiment, when each liquid produces bubbles, the liquid level can be accurately sensed, and there is no possibility that a liquid pool will form inside.

In the unlikely event that air bubbles are taken into the liquid level guide cover 3, the liquid level will be below the defoaming nerit 10, and when the liquid level gradually rises 4, the bubbles at the top will be broken by the defoaming nerit 10. The high water level electrode allows accurate sensing of the liquid level. Therefore, the liquid level can be sensed more accurately than in the embodiment shown in FIG.
