する連通部とを有し、前記積み重ねたトレーの各
段の両側から各段のトレー表面の全般に及ぶよう
噴霧散布するようにした噴霧式レトルト殺菌機と

ーパイプ及びこのヘツダーパイプの上下運動によ
つて上下方向において温度差を生じないので、均
一処理が可能であり、熱水中での処理とも異なり
被処理物の浮遊もなく、安定した状態が保持さ
れ、且つ熱水又は冷却水が細かい水滴状の霧とな
つて噴出されるので、散布された周辺はすべて均
一温度化でき効率の良い処理ができる。
