Claims (1)
- マグネトロン１と、インバータ電源回路２と、
前記インバータ電源回路に入力される入力電流を
検出する回路１１と、前記インバータ電源回路の
動作開始時に前記入力電流検出回路の検出する電
流値が基準値に到達するまでの間前記インバータ
電源回路に対してそれを最大の出力に相当する最
高のスイツチング周波数で動作させるための信号
を出力するとともに前記入力電流検出回路によつ
て検出される電流値が基準値に到達した時に前記
インバータ回路に対してそれを所定の低出力に相
当する周波数で動作させるための信号を出力する
出力設定回路１０とで構成されたことを特徴とす
るマグネトロン駆動制御回路。
