は補助バーナおよび輻射管の取り付け状態を示す
拡大断面図、第6図は本実施例の鋼片加熱炉によ
り処理される鋼片の幅方向の温度分布を従来の鋼
片加熱炉による場合と比較して示した図である。

Claims (1)
ーンに仕切るとともに、複数の主バーナの燃焼炎
を炉体内に吹き出すようになし、前記炉体の長手
方向に沿いかつ炉体の幅方向に所定間隔で列をな
して設けられた複数のスキツドにより被処理物で
ある鋼片を支持しつつ移送機構により移送して加
熱するように構成された鋼片加熱炉において、前
記ノーズ部の天井壁面に補助バーナを下向きに複
数並べて設けるとともに、それら補助バーナの設
置位置を前記スキツドの列芯に合致させ、かつ、
それらの補助バーナのそれぞれに下端が開放され
た輻射管を下方に向けて設けてなることを特徴と
