Structure of the conventional example and its problems As shown in FIG. The temperature of the blanket body 1 is kept constant by detecting it with the detection line 3 and controlling the amount of electricity supplied to the electric heater 2 by the controller 4 based on the detection result and the set temperature preset by the user. Because of the heat, if the user's clothing or other blankets between the blanket body 1 and the user are different, the amount of heat radiated from the human body will change accordingly. In other words, if the temperature is the same, thick clothing will make you feel hot, and thin clothing will make you feel cold and uncomfortable.
In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to change the settings each time, resulting in a problem that it is not easy to use.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve this object, the present invention provides a blanket equipped with an electric heater and a temperature sensor provided on both sides of the blanket. heat flow detection means for detecting heat flow from the human body side to the indoor side by a configuration that generates an electromotive force according to the heat flow passing in a direction perpendicular to the plate surface of the insulator using thermocouples disposed in the insulator; A control device is provided for controlling the amount of current applied to the electric heater based on the output of the heat flow detection means so as to keep the output constant over time.

According to this configuration, by controlling the amount of electricity applied to the electric heater according to the heat flow of the blanket, radiation from the human body can be reduced even if the clothing conditions or other blankets between the user and the blanket body are different. It has the effect of keeping the amount of heat constant.

In FIG. 2, a blanket body 1, an electric heater 2, a controller 4, and a thermocouple arranged on the plate surface of the insulator as a heat flow detection means respond to the heat flow passing in a direction perpendicular to the plate surface of the insulator. A heat flow sensor 5 configured to generate an electromotive force is provided on the blanket body 1.

FIG. 3 is a block diagram of the control device 6 within the controller 4. a setting section 7 where the user makes desired settings;
It is comprised of a comparator 8 that compares the set value of the setting section 7 and the output from the heat flow sensor 5, and an electric heater control circuit 9 that controls the amount of current applied to the electric heater 2 based on the result of the comparator 8.

When the amount of clothing is changed in the above configuration, if control is performed to keep the heat flow constant, the relationship between the amount of clothing and the amount of heat radiated from the human body is as shown by the solid line a in Figure 4, even if the amount of clothing is changed. The amount of heat radiated from the human body remains constant and the sense of warmth does not change. The broken line b shows an example when the temperature of a conventional blanket is kept constant. In this case, as the amount of clothing increases, the amount of heat radiated from the human body decreases, so the less clothing the person wears, the colder the person becomes. It becomes hot and uncomfortable. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to change the settings in advance according to the amount of clothing worn before going to bed, but this setting is difficult and troublesome for general users, making it very inconvenient to use.

Effects of the Invention According to the electric blanket of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained. Since the heat flow detection means detects the heat flow of the blanket and controls the amount of current applied to the electric heater based on the detected heat flow, the amount of heat radiated from the human body can be controlled even if the clothing conditions or other blankets between the user and the blanket are different. Since it is possible to keep the value constant, it can be used comfortably without changing the set value once set, making it extremely easy to use.
