That is, in the lower part of the casing body 21, there is an outdoor heat exchanger block C1 in which an outdoor heat exchanger 22 and an outdoor fan 23 are arranged, and a compressor block D in which a compressor 25 in which a heating heater 24 is mounted. A heater block E is provided in the upper part of the casing body 21, in which a refrigerant heater 26 and a burner tube 27 are arranged. Further, inside the casing body 21, a horizontal partition plate 28 is provided for partitioning the heater block E, the outdoor heat exchanger block C, and the compressor block D, and the outdoor heat exchanger block C and the compressor block A vertical partition plate 29 is provided for partitioning the space from D. In addition, 30 is a heat transfer means arranged at the upper part in the compressor block D.

A cooling effect was obtained by condensing the air and then absorbing heat and evaporating it in an indoor unit (not shown). In addition, during heating operation, in order to reduce power consumption, the compressor 25 is stopped, the refrigerant is heated and evaporated by the refrigerant heater 26, and the high-temperature refrigerant gas is transported to the indoor unit via the heat transport means 30. and had a heating effect. Therefore, in this case, the outdoor heat exchanger 22 and the outdoor fan 23 are not in operation.

In order to prevent such a situation as much as possible, the compressor 25 is preheated by the heater 24, but there is a problem in that when the outside temperature drops, the power consumption of the heater 24 increases. .

In addition, an outdoor fan with a diameter larger than the height of the outdoor heat exchanger can be installed by using the recessed part of the partition plate, and therefore there is no need to increase the rotation speed of the outdoor fan, thereby reducing noise. I can do it. In addition, since the partition plate is formed with a concave portion, its strength can be increased, and rainwater and the like can be collected and discharged easily, thereby making it possible to prevent corrosion and deterioration as much as possible. Furthermore, during heating operation, the compressor is heated by both radiation from the surface of the refrigerant heater and convection, so power consumption of the heating heater can be suppressed even when the outside temperature is low. Furthermore, since the refrigerant heater is disposed at the lower part of the casing body, even if fuel such as kerosene leaks, restarting the operation will not be hindered.
