Conventional tape drawers move the tape to the desired position using a tape guide that is equipped with a guide roller that regulates the vertical position when the tape is running, and an inclined pin that winds the tape correctly around a cylinder that is inclined with respect to the horizontal plane. It was moving and positioning. In order to pull out a tape from a small cassette such as a VHSC cassette and load it into a cylinder with the same diameter as in the past, the curvature of the guide movement path is inevitably reduced. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the relative angle of the inclined pin 8a with respect to the tape 2 increases, and the tape rises along the inclined pin due to the tape tension caused by the winding torque, and the tape rises at the tape vertical regulation portion of the guide roller 6a. The disadvantage is that the tape gets damaged. Also, the cassette itself is small,
Since the tape guide 3a and the reel stand are close to each other, the conventional tension arm structure has to be enlarged vertically in order to avoid overlap with the feeding reel stand, which is disadvantageous in making the set thinner.

[Summary of the Invention] In order to achieve miniaturization and at the same time eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention has a tape drawer that pulls out the tape from the cassette before the tape guide pulls out the tape, so that the tape can be drawn out from a region with a small curvature of the guide path. In this case, we loaded the tape without touching the guide body so that it would not be adversely affected by the vertical regulation guide or tilt pin, and at the same time, we simplified the mechanism by equipping this tape drawer with a tension servo mechanism. It is something.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described using the drawings. Second
The figure shows the tape being stored in the cassette. The tape guides 3a and 3b move the tape 2 of the cassette 1 positioned at a predetermined position along the guide grooves 4a and 4b, and the tape 2 of the cassette 1 is moved to the catchers 5a and 5.
The tape is positioned and fixed at the required position by b. The tape guides 3a and 3b include guides 6a and 6b for regulating the vertical position of the tape, respectively, and inclined pins 8a and 8b for wrapping the tape 2 around an inclined rotary head cylinder 7 so as not to cause twisting.
have. The tape guides 3a and 3b are installed on the left and right sides of the rotary head cylinder 7, but the left side 4a, which has a smaller curvature, will be explained here. The cassette 1 houses tape guides 3a, 3b and a tension pin 9 which comes into contact with the tape 2 during recording and reproduction and provides appropriate back tension. The tension pin 9 is installed in a freely rotatable tension arm 10, and a belt-shaped member 1 appropriately wound around a tape feed reel 11 is attached to a part of the tension arm 10.
One end of the band member 12 is rotatably engaged with the other end of the band member 12, and the other end of the band member 12 is fixed on the substrate. The gear arm 14 is composed of an arm-shaped portion having a pin 14a planted thereon and a gear portion. The pin 14a engages with a cam groove 15a provided on the drive gear 15, and the gear portion meshes with the tension arm 10. The gear arm 14 is biased in one direction by the elastic body 13, and rotates and biases the tension arm to constitute a ready-made tension servo mechanism. On the other hand, it had a push arm 16 coaxially with the drive gear 15 and rotating integrally with the drive gear 15, and a pin 18a that slidably engaged with a guide groove 17 on a substrate that engaged with the push arm 16. A tape guide driving device is provided which includes a link 18 and a connecting plate 19 that connects one end to the link 18 and the other end to the tape guide 3a. Said link 1
The pin 18a planted in the tape guide member 3a is arranged so as to be separated from the guide groove 17 on the substrate when the tape guide 3a stores the tape 2 in the cassette 1, and after the drive gear 15 has rotated a predetermined amount, the pin 18a is placed in the guide groove. 17 and is restrained and slid along the guide groove 17 to determine the posture of a series of links and move the tape guide 3a. Figure 3 shows tape 2
2 shows the process of pulling out the cassette 1 from inside the cassette 1. The motor rotates the drive gear 15 via a reduction mechanism (not shown), and the gear arm 14 rotates along the aforementioned cam groove 15a, and the tension arm 10 is driven and rotated by the gear portion of the gear arm 14. The tension pin 9 pulls out the tape 2 from inside the cassette 1. During this time, the pin 18a set on the link 18 and the guide groove 17 are separated, and the tape guide 3a is stopped. After the tension pin 9 pulls out the tape 2 from inside the cassette 1, the aforementioned pin 18a slides into contact with the guide groove 17, and the tape guide body 3a moves, but the tension pin 9 precedes the tape guide body 3a. The inclined pin 8a installed in the tape guide body 3a for the tape 2
This prevents the tape from rising due to the inclined pin 8a. FIG. 4 shows a state in which the tape 2 is loaded in a predetermined position. At this time, the pin 14a planted on the gear arm 14 that is engaged with the tension arm 10 is released from the cam groove 15a, and the biasing force of the elastic body 13 acts on the tension arm 10, causing the pre-existing Configures the tension servo mechanism. When storing the tape 2 in a predetermined position in the cassette 1, the same operation as in the case of pulling out is performed, and after the tape guide 3a is stored in the cassette 1, the tension pin 9 is stored in a predetermined position. Since the inclined pin 8a and the tape 2 do not come into contact with each other, the tape does not rise even when the tape tension is increased by the tape winding force of the feed reel 11, and there is no tape damage.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a tape pull-out device that is effective for tape maintenance with a simple configuration, and is also effective in sharing the mechanism and making it thinner by providing a tension servo mechanism, thereby achieving the effect of killing two birds with one stone. be.
