Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 本考案は、外気及び室内から取入れた空気を調
温、調湿するとともに、内設した殺菌灯により該
空気に殺菌処理を施すことのできる空調設備に関
する。

〈従来の技術〉 外気及びクリーンルーム等室内の空気は空調設
備に取入れられて調温、調湿され且つフイルタ、
例えばHEPAフイルタと呼ばれる高性能フイル
タを通して再び給気されることにより清浄化され
る。しかしその際、塵埃等に付着した菌の様にフ
イルタで取除かれる菌もあるが、通過して空気と
一緒に室内へ給気されてしまう菌も多い。

〈考案が解決しようとする問題点〉 しかし菌は、除菌の為に設置されたフイルタ、
或いは空調設備を構成する空調機内の加湿器の水

に取入れられる外気にも含まれる為次々と室内へ
入り込む。従つて従来の空調設備では、その室を
真に無菌な状態にすることは疎か、反対に空調設
備を仲介として建物内での空気感染を発生させる
場合もある。

もに、該空気及び菌の繁殖場所に殺菌処理を施
し、再び室内へ給気することができる殺菌型空調
設備である。

内でかつHEPAフイルタ11a、冷却加熱コイ
ル11b、加湿器11cよりも上手側には複数の
殺菌灯2が、通気路と直交する状態で配置されて
いる。

15と室内への吹出口17とをつなぐもので、室
内へ給気される調温、調湿された空気は、更にこ
こに設けた殺菌灯2からの高密度な紫外線照射及
び反射板3による反射光により殺菌処理が施され
る。

照射及び反射板3による反射光により十分な殺菌
処理が施される。

〈効果〉 以上述べた様に本考案の殺菌型空調設備によれ
ば、外気及び室内から取入れた空気の両方に殺菌
処理を施すことができる為、空調設備を運転する
事により、建物全体が殺菌でき、空気感染及びカ
ビの発生等を防止することができる。又空調設備
の内部という狭い空間で集中的に殺菌処理を行う
為、室内に殺菌灯を設置した場合に問題となる人
体に対する影響を防止し、且つ殺菌処理に要する
コストが軽減される。

空調設備においては、ある特定の室及び系統の殺
菌度を高めることもできる。又紫外線の照射密度
を変える事により、殺菌効果を変化させ、用途に
応じた殺菌型空調設備を作る事も可能である。

却加熱コイル、加湿器よりも上手側に複数の殺菌
灯を、該通気路と直交する状態で配置するととも
に、 前記HEPAフイルタと冷却加熱コイル間及び
冷却加熱コイルと加湿器間に夫々殺菌灯を配置
し、 少なくとも前記複数の殺菌灯を設けた通気路の
内壁には反射板が取付けられたことを特徴とする
殺菌型空調設備。
