Therefore, it is widely used, for example, for coating peripheral coils of electronic equipment. Such polyurethane-based insulating paints are usually two-component liquid paints containing blocked isocyanate resins and polyol resins as main components. The above-mentioned blocked isocyanate resin is obtained by adding a triol such as glycerin, hexanetriol, or trimethylolpropane to diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) and blocking free isocyanate groups with phenols, and contains a large amount of low molecular weight substances. ing.

However, as mentioned above, the polyurethane-based insulating paint contains a large amount of low-molecular-weight substances, and has the problem of deterioration of the overall electrical resistance property, which is thought to be due to stack loss caused by this low-molecular-weight substance. .

As a result, polyurethane-based &! Instead of the conventional blocked isocyanate resin, which is the main component of the paint, a specific blocked isocyanate resin made from a urethane polymer obtained by the reaction of oxyalkylene bisphenol A ether and diisocyanate is used, and this and oxyalkylene bisphenol A are used. The inventors have discovered that the desired objective can be achieved by mixing with a polyol resin consisting of an ether or a polyol, and have thus arrived at the present invention.

For example, it can be produced as follows. That is, it can be produced by adding oxyalkylene bisphenol A ether to diisocyanate while dropping it at a temperature of 60 to 80°C, and then performing a blocking reaction with a phenol at a temperature of 80 to 150°C. In addition, in the above reaction process, if necessary,
Solvents such as diethylene glycol dimethyl ether (DMDG) can also be used. The above-mentioned solvent such as DMDG also serves as a diluting solvent for the insulating paint.

.. A ratio of 0.4 to 4 is suitable, and a ratio of 0.9 to 1.1 is particularly preferred since the more -NGO groups there are, the more isocyanate monomer blocks are produced.

It is preferable to set it within a range of % by weight (hereinafter abbreviated as "r%"). In other words, if the isocyanate monomer block exceeds 50%, the stack loss will significantly increase. For example, if a hot air circulation baking furnace is used to form the film, the entire surface pressure resistance of the formed film will decrease.
This is because (Break Down Voltage) decreases.

If a trihydric or higher alcohol is used, the number of functional groups in one molecule increases and a polymeric substance is likely to be formed. As a result, the isocyanate monomer block is produced, which is not preferable. Therefore, instead of the above ABED, other glycols, 1,3-butanediol,
The desired effect can also be obtained by using diols such as 1,4-butanediol, 1,5bentanediol, propylene glycol, ethylene glycol, and 1,4-cyclohexanedimetatool. However, among dihydric alcohols, ethylene glycol and 1,4-cyclohexane dimetatool have poor solubility and cannot be made into a paint. In addition, if other diols than those mentioned above are used, the heat softening temperature will be low and the properties will not be balanced.
Preferably, BED and the diol neck described above are used.
