記大径筒部６の下部に流入孔９を、上記筒状シヤ
ツタ１４下降時には該シヤツタがその流入孔を閉
塞すると共に容器体倒立によりシヤツタが自重に
より大径筒部上端側へ移動したときはその流入孔
９が開孔可能に穿設し、該流入孔穿設部分上方の
大径筒部６とノズル１１との間の空間で計量室Ａ
