発明の構成 本発明のスクリユー式射出装置は、射出成形機

合するナツトからなるロータと、前記ロータの外
周を包囲して設けたコイルからなるステータとよ
りなり、前記ロータと前記ステータでモータを形
成し、前記モータを作動させることにより前記ス
クリユーを前進させることを特徴とする構成を有
するものである。

ング13,13′により回動自在に支持され、ボ
ールベアリング13,13′は、上記係止部3及
び後述のハウジング14の係止部4に嵌合されて
いる。15はハウジング14に設けられたコイル
で、ステータ16を構成しており、上記ナツトか
らなるロータ11とでモータMを構成している。
上記ハウジング14には、ロータ11を固定する
ベアリング13′が係止部4に嵌合され、さらに、
通孔部17が設けられており、上記スクリユーシ
ヤフト7の支持部19にはブツシング20が装着
されている。上記通孔部17及び上記基盤1の開
口部2が存在するため、スクリユーシヤフト7は
図中左右に移動できるようになつている。

を必要とせずに構成が簡単で、モータに送られる
電流値を変えることにより、射出速度の制御も簡
単に行うことができ、操作も容易に行うことがで
きる。
