[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] The present invention relates to blood collection tubes, and more specifically, to a blood collection tube with a film-like sealing member attached to the opening of the bottomed tube, which eliminates the need for a rubber stopper. This invention relates to a blood collection tube in which a cap can be fitted into the opening of the bottom tube.

Conventional blood sampling systems used in clinical tests at hospitals and other facilities usually use multiple needle blood collection tubes using several types of vacuum blood collection tubes for serum tests, blood cell tests, blood sugar tests, coagulation factor tests, etc. The necessary blood sample was obtained by collecting blood from the patient several times using a single blood collection needle.

The blood collection tubes used in this case, for example, vacuum blood collection tubes, are often constructed from a bottomed tube made of glass or plastic and a rubber stopper. However, when using an automatic serum fractionator, it is preferable to use a vacuum blood collection tube that can be used as is without having to remove the rubber stopper each time. For example, a vacuum blood collection tube can be created by covering the opening of a bottomed tube with a film-like sealing member so that it can be directly penetrated by the needle of an automatic serum sorting device, eliminating the need for a rubber stopper and preventing contamination from the outside. The present inventor has devised a separate idea.

However, in the vacuum blood collection tube that does not require a rubber stopper as described above, once the film-like sealing member that seals the opening of the bottomed tube is peeled off in order to pipette or decant blood, the tube cannot be reused. It becomes difficult to seal the opening. For this reason,
When blood is collected using a vacuum blood collection tube as described above, there are various blood tests to be performed, so instead of using an automatic serum sorting device, it is possible to use the blood collection tube in the same way as before, i.e., using a film-like sealing member. There are cases where it is necessary to be able to peel off and sample in various ways, which the above-mentioned vacuum blood collection tubes cannot handle.

Therefore, the present invention was developed in view of the above circumstances, and even if the blood collection tube does not require a rubber stopper, sampling can be performed not only with an automatic serum fractionator but also with various methods if necessary. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a blood collection tube that can also prevent contamination from the outside.

According to the above configuration, whole blood or serum after centrifugation can be sampled manually or automatically using a needle or the like, and also by tearing the film-like sealing member attached to the opening of the bottomed tube. Sampling can be carried out using various methods, and the opening of the bottomed tube can be closed with a cap if necessary.

The vacuum blood collection tube 1 is used by being inserted into a blood collection holder 11 to which a blood collection needle 10 as shown in FIG. 2a is attached. As shown in FIG. 2b, the blood collection needle 10 has a blood vessel piercing part 12 that pierces the blood vessel, a rubber plate piercing part 13 that pierces the resealable rubber member 5 and the film-like sealing member 4, and these parts. Blood vessel piercing part 1
2 and the needle base 1 that supports the rubber plate piercing portion 13, respectively.
It consists of 4. A screw 14a is carved on the outer peripheral surface of the needle base 14 adjacent to the rubber plate piercing portion 13 so as to be screwable to the blood collection holder 11, and the needle joint of the blood collection tube holder 11 shown in FIG. 15 is screwed on. The rubber plate piercing portion 13 is covered with a thin rubber tube, that is, a rubber tip 16. When the blood collection needle 10 is not in use, the rubber plate piercing part 13 is covered with a case cap 17, and the blood vessel piercing part 12 is covered with a protector 18, as shown in FIGS. 2b and 2d.

First, as shown in Figure 2a, the blood collection tube holder 1
A blood sampling needle 10 is screwed onto 1. After that, blood sampling needle 1
The blood vessel piercing portion 12 of No. 0 is inserted into the blood vessel, the vacuum blood collection tube 1 is inserted into the blood collection tube holder 11, and as shown in FIG. The film-like sealing members 4 are inserted until they are pierced. Blood is collected from the blood vessel according to the degree of vacuum in the vacuum blood collection tube 1. The blood thus collected in the vacuum blood collection tube 1 is sampled by an automatic serum fractionator or the like, and is subjected to various blood tests. In addition, sampling was performed without using this automatic serum fractionator,
To conduct a blood test, first, the film-like sealing member 4 of the vacuum blood collection tube 1 is peeled off together with the resealable rubber member 5, and the blood inside the vacuum blood collection tube 1 is sampled by methods such as pipetting and decantation. Perform various blood tests. If it is necessary to seal the vacuum blood collection tube 1, as shown in Figure 4,
Remove the cap 6 that is removably screwed onto the threaded portion 8 of the outer wall of the bottom of the bottomed tube 2, and then remove the cap 6.
is screwed onto the open threaded portion 7 of the bottomed tube 2 to seal the reduced pressure blood collection tube 1.

As detailed above, the blood collection tube of the present invention includes a bottomed tube with one end open and the other end closed, a film-like sealing member attached to the opening of the bottomed tube, and a bottomed tube with a closed end. Since the cap is removably attached to the outer wall of the bottom of the tube and can be fitted into the opening of the bottomed tube, whole blood or serum after centrifugation can be sampled manually or automatically using a needle or the like. In addition, even if the film-like sealing member is broken and blood is sampled by various methods, the blood collection tube can be sealed with a cap as necessary. Therefore, even though the blood collection tube is equipped with a film-like sealing member that has less contamination from the outside and does not use a rubber stopper, the opening can be sealed even after the film-like sealing member is peeled off if necessary. Since it is possible to do this, it has the effect of widening the range of uses.
