ーベース4をスポツト溶接により取付けると共
に、このフイラーベース4の略中央に設けた開孔
5内に燃料タンク(図示せず)に連通するフイラ
ーチユーブ6を挿入し、一端が上記フイラーベー
ス4の開孔5周縁部に嵌合され、他端近傍がホイ
ールハウスアウターパネル7等の車体側固定部材
にボルト8固定されたシールラバー9のリツプ部
10がフイラーチユーブ6の先端に装着しためね
じ部12の外表面と弾接することによりフイラー
チユーブ6先端の注入部を支持する構造となつて
いた。尚、符号13はめねじ部12に装着された
フイラーキヤツプである。

ルラバー9がフイラーベース4から外れて、その
開口5周縁部にフイラーキヤツプ13が干渉し、
フイラーキヤツプ13がこじあけられてしまう等
の問題があり、フイラーチユーブ6の口部から燃
料が外部に洩れる虞れがあつた。

洩れ防止対策上有効なフイラーチユーブの注入部
支持構造を提供することにある。

板に開設された燃料給油口の周縁に設けたフイラ
ーベースとホイールハウスアウタパネルとの間に
フイラーキヤツプ外径よりも内径の大きいフイラ
ーチユーブ側へ開口する溝部を形成した支持部材
を介装し、前記フイラーチユーブの注入部に前記
溝部へ挿入する先端壁部を形成したキヤツププロ
テクタを設け、該キヤツププロテクタの先端壁部
を前記支持部材のシール材を充填した溝部に着脱
自在に嵌合して前記フイラーチユーブの注入部を
支持させた。

に連通するフイラーチユーブ6が挿入されてい
る。そしてこの実施例において、フイラーベース
4とホイールハウスアウターパネル7との間には
車体側固定部材としての略円筒状の支持部材14
が介装されている。この支持部材14は、フイラ
ーベース4の開孔5周縁フランジとの間でボルト
8固定される固定フランジ15を一端に有する内
筒体16と、ホイールハウスアウターパネル7の
開口周縁部との間でリング状のシール部材17に
より接着固定される接着フランジ8を一端に有
し、他端が内筒体16外周面の一部を覆うように
形成されている外筒体19とで構成されており、
外筒体19の他端部は内筒体16の外周面に溶接
されている。そのため、内筒体16の外周面と外

ール材24に対して着脱可能となつている。また
シール材24には予じめ先端壁部23が挿入され
る差し込み溝を形成してあつてもよい。

ラーキヤツプ13の外れを確実に防止することが
できる。

渉を確実に防止できるので、フイラーキヤツプが
外れるといつたことがなく、燃料洩れを確実に防
ぐことができる。また、フイラーチユーブ径方向
の荷重に対して充分な強度を有するとともにフイ
ラーチユーブ軸方向の荷重に対しては逃げられる
ように形成されているため、燃料タンク側との干
渉が避けられ、無用な荷重が掛からずに済むよう
になり、フイラーチユーブの注入部に対する設計
を容易にすることができる。
