付けておかなければならないが、先に床板を取付
けると、サツシ枠を取付けるまで床板が風雨に晒
される欠点があるし、通常家屋の新築や増改築と
同様に外回りから施工すれば、即ちサツシ枠を先
に取付け次に床板を取付ける場合、下枠より室内
側に突出する床押えが邪魔になるため、施工が非
常に面倒であつた。

が設けられているため、床押えによる床板体の浮
上防止効果も一段と向上するし、床押えの取付け
も強力になる等、本案はサツシ枠と板体の施工能
率向上に有益な効果を奏するものである。
