Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a seat feel and surface touch and to join 1st and 2nd cushion members without using a costly hot melt sheet by setting the 1st cushion member onto the upper mold of expansion forming molds in the state of maintaining the shape thereof by utilizing the elastic force of a molded resin felt layer having air permeabil ity, then discharging foaming gases, air, etc., from vent holes at the time of the expan sion molding of the 2nd cushion member. CONSTITUTION:This cushion pad is formed of the 1st cushion member 12 which is formed of a synthetic resin material and has the air permeability the good surface touch and the 1st cushioning property the 2nd cushion member 13 which is expansion- molded from the expandable synthetic resin laminated on the rear surface side of the 1st cushion member 12 and has the 2nd cusuioning property different from the 1st cushioning property of the 1st cushion member 12, and the resin felt layer 15 positioned between the 1st and 2nd cushion members 12 and 13. The resin felt layer 15 and the 2nd cushion member 13 are integrally molded at the time when the 2nd cushion member 13 is expansion molded from a stock soln. 13' of the expandable synthetic resin. The cushion pad 11 is expansion molded in the state in which the stock soln. 13' can be impregnated into the resin felt layer 15.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the conventional manufacturing method, the hot melt sheet 4 is expensive, which causes an increase in product cost. A second cushion member 3 is attached to the first cushion member 2.
The stock solution of foamed synthetic resin for molding is impregnated through this pinhole, and the cushion pad 1 has partially different hardness.
is molded, and there is a risk that many defective products will be formed.
In addition, the hot melt sheet 4 has air permeability because it has the purpose of preventing impregnation, and this significantly impairs the air permeability of the sheet. Further, the first cushion member 2 is placed upside down in the lower die of a foam mold, and a stock solution of foamed synthetic resin for molding the second cushion member 3 is injected into the back side of the first cushion member 2. However, when performing foam molding under specified foaming conditions, foamed synthetic resin debris called urethane bread is generated from the vent hole of the upper mold, and processing of this urethane bread is complicated and hinders improvement of work efficiency. However, it has the disadvantage that it is not possible to obtain a molded product with uniform quality.

An object of the present invention is to provide a foamed synthetic resin for molding the second cushion member, which has excellent seating feel and surface feel, and which allows first and second cushion members to be joined without using an expensive real melt sheet. There is no risk that the undiluted solution will be generated as so-called urethane bread through the vent hole of the foam molding mold, and the undiluted solution of the foamed synthetic resin can be used effectively, and there is no need to process the urethane pan, making it more economical. To provide an excellent method for manufacturing a seat cushion pad.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and a first cushion member having air permeability and a first cushioning property is attached to the upper mold of a foam mold, and an undiluted solution of foamed synthetic resin is poured into the foam mold. A method for manufacturing a cushion pad for a seat, in which a second cushion member having a second cushioning property is integrally formed with the first cushion member by injection into a lower die of a foam molding mold, wherein the first cushion member is The first cushion member is bonded to an air-permeable resin felt layer formed in advance into a desired shape, and attached to the upper mold while maintaining the first cushion member in the desired shape, and then foamed into the lower mold of the foam molding mold. The foaming gas and air generated when the synthetic resin stock solution is injected and the second cushion member is foam-molded is passed through the resin felt layer and the first cushion member to form the foam mold through the vent hole of the upper mold. The second cushion member is foam-molded in a state in which the foamed synthetic resin is discharged to the outside and the foamed synthetic resin stock solution can impregnate the resin felt layer.

According to the method of the present invention, a first cushion member that is breathable and has first cushioning properties is bonded to a resin felt layer that is breathable and has been formed into a desired shape in advance;
The first cushion member is held in a desired shape and is attached to the upper mold of a foam mold, and then a stock solution of foamed synthetic resin is poured into the lower mold of the foam mold, and the second cushion member is foam molded. Therefore, the foaming gas and air generated during foam molding of the second cushion member is passed through the breathable resin felt layer and the breathable first cushion member, and the foam molding is performed through the vent hole of the upper mold. The second cushion member can be foam-molded in a state where the resin felt layer can be impregnated with the stock solution of the foamed synthetic resin, and the first and second cushion members can be formed into a resin felt layer. They can be bonded through layers.

The sheet-shaped first cushion member 12 is bonded to this press-molded resin felt layer 15 via a suitable bonding means, and then set in the upper mold 21a of the foam mold 21, as shown in FIG. This first cushion member 12 is held in shape by the elasticity of the press-molded resin felt Jii 15, and is attached to the upper die 21a in close contact with it.
A foamed synthetic resin stock solution 13' is injected into the lower mold 21b, the upper mold 21a and the lower mold 21b are closed, and foam molding is performed under predetermined foaming conditions, thereby forming a second cushion member 13 on the lower surface of the resin felt N15. It is possible to obtain a cushion pad 11 as shown in FIG. 2 in which the two are joined together.

Foaming gas generated during foam molding of the foamed synthetic resin stock solution 13' and air in the foam mold 21 pass through the breathable resin felt layer 15 and the first cushion member 12 and are formed in the upper mold 21a. There is no possibility that the liquid will be discharged to the outside through the vent hole 22, causing cracks, sink marks, etc., on the second cushion member 13. In addition, although the resin felt layer 15 is impregnated to some extent with the foamed synthetic resin stock solution 13' to form an impregnated layer, the first cushion member 12 is not impregnated, so the surface feel is not deteriorated. This strengthens the elasticity, and in particular, the impregnated layer on the curved portions formed on the side portions of the cushion pad 11 can increase the side support function and increase the side support effect.

[Effects of the Invention] The above is an embodiment of the method for producing a seat cushion pad according to the present invention. The first cushion member is held in shape and set in the upper die of a foam mold using elasticity, and then the second cushion member is foam molded. Since the resin felt layer is breathable, foaming gas, air, etc. can be easily discharged from the vent hole, and foamed synthetic resin waste is not generated from the vent hole, making effective use of the foamed synthetic resin undiluted solution. We have developed an economical manufacturing method for seat cushion pads that can improve work efficiency without requiring processing of foamed synthetic resin waste, have a good surface feel, and increase support functions. Obtainable.
