[Background Art] Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4, electric carpet A' is formed by disposing insulating protection sheets 7 on both sides of a planar heating element 6 between a surface material 1 and a back material 2. It is formed by arranging a surface heater 3 and applying heat and pressure. In recent years, the interior design of this electric carpet has become important, and as shown in the electric carpet A'' shown in FIG. However, when a material with uneven texture is used, as shown in FIG. 5, the convex portions 5 press against the surface heater 3 and deform when heated and pressed by a hot press during manufacturing, as shown in FIG. In addition, when using the electric carpet A'', pressure caused by stepping on the carpet etc. may be concentrated on the convex portion 5, causing deformation of the sheet heating element 6. This caused the surface heater 3 to become disconnected.

[Disclosure of the invention] The electric carpet of the present invention is an electric carpet formed by placing a surface heater 3 between a surface material 1 and a back surface material 2 and heating and pressurizing the carpet. material 1 or back material 2 and surface heater 3
A foamed insulating sheet 4 made of a material whose melting temperature is lower than the heating temperature at the time of manufacturing the electric carpet is interposed between the two and the above object. That is, the foam insulation sheet 4 can weaken the impact on the surface heater 3 due to the convex portions 5 of the front surface material 1 or the back surface material 2, and furthermore, the foam insulation sheet 4 can improve insulation properties and cushioning properties. Furthermore, the surface heater 3 and the uneven surface material 1 or back surface material 2 can be integrated by heating and pressurizing the foamed insulating sheet 4, thereby improving productivity.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. In this embodiment, a tufted carpet is used as the surface material 1, and the back surface, which is the opposite side to the front pile surface, is an uneven surface, forming convex portions 5. The planar heater 3 is formed by disposing an insulating protection sheet 7 such as a polyethylene sheet on both sides of a planar heating element 6. A foamed insulating sheet 4 such as a crosslinked foamed polyethylene sheet is interposed between the surface heater 3 and the surface material 1. The backing material 2 is a flat carpet. As shown in Fig. 3, this electric carpet A is made by placing the back material 2, surface heater 3, foam insulation sheet 4, and then the surface material 1 between the upper and lower heating plates 8 in order from the bottom, and applying pressure from above. Then, they are integrally laminated and formed using a so-called hot press. In this case, the melting temperature of the insulation protection sheet 7 and the foam insulation sheet 4 on both sides of the surface heater 3 is lower than the temperature of the heating platen 8. Therefore, during hot pressing, the insulation protection sheet 7 is melted by the heating plate 8, and the foam insulation sheet 4 is melted. and back material 2
The foamed insulating sheet 4 is adhered to the surface material 1, and the respective members are integrated. For example, the melting temperature of the insulation protection sheet 7 and the foamed insulation sheet 4 is 105 to 110°C, and the temperature of the heating plate 8 is around 130°C. If the melting temperature of the foam insulation sheet 4 is higher than the temperature of the hot press, it will not melt during the hot press, and therefore it will not be able to be thermally bonded to the surface material 1, and other adhesives will have to be used, which will reduce productivity. becomes low. In addition, if the melting temperature of the foamed insulation sheet 4 is lower than the temperature of the hot press, there is a risk that the foam will be crushed by the pressure of the hot press. Just lower it. In any case, the insulation protection sheet 7 and the foam insulation sheet 4
It is preferable for manufacturing that the melting temperature of is lower than the temperature of the hot platen 8, and that the melting temperatures of both are substantially equal. A tufted carpet may be used as the backing material 2, and in this case, a foamed insulating sheet 4 may be interposed between the backing material 2 and the surface heater 3.

[Effects of the invention] In the present invention, since the foamed insulating sheet is interposed between the surface material or back material with unevenness on the side of the surface heater and the surface heater, the surface material or the back surface material has unevenness. Even if a tufted carpet with a surface is used to enhance the interior design, the foam insulation sheet can reduce the impact on the surface heater caused by the convex portions of the front or back material. The foamed insulating sheet can improve insulation and cushioning properties, and the foamed insulating sheet can be heated and pressurized without causing distortion or disconnection of the surface heater. The surface heater and the uneven surface material or back surface material can be integrated, improving productivity.
