【考案の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は電気オーブン等の焙焼器に関するもの

(従来の技術)
従来の焙焼器は第3図に示すように箱形の庫内
上部および庫内下部に発熱体2を設け、その中間

(考案が解決しようとする問題点)
上記構成によると、発熱体2から放射された赤

なうものであり、例えばトースト、もち、グラタ
ン等の調理に有効である反面、じやがいもやさつ
まいも等は、内部まで充分に熱する必要があるこ

で、外面に発熱体を設け、内面にセラミツク等の
遠赤外線放射板をコートした半円筒形の放熱板を
円筒形に組合せ、その中に被加熱物を入れて調理

率を高め、じやがいもやさつまいも等でもむら焼
きが起こりにくく、調理機能が向上できる効果が
