【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は電気オーブン等の焙焼器に関するもの
である。

(従来の技術) 従来の焙焼器は第3図に示すように箱形の庫内

ン等の調理に有効である反面、じやがいもやさつ
まいも等は、内部まで充分に熱する必要があるこ
とからこのような調理には不向きであつた。
