Prior Art Soundproof sashes are used in buildings that are located in areas where there is a lot of noise, or buildings that are particularly sensitive to noise. It is well known that various soundproofing mats have been developed over the years. Basically, the gaps are kept smaller to prevent noise from entering. Furthermore, in order to improve sound insulation, the glass has been made double or triple, and the openings of windows and the like, the gaps between the frame attached to the shoji and the shoji, and the gaps between the frames have been minimized. It is already well known that as a result, soundproof satsushi with considerable soundproofing effects have appeared. In addition, the gap around the glass was sealed on the sides with one inner and outer packing made of elastic material.

Problems to be solved by the invention As mentioned above, conventional soundproofing sashes have achieved considerable soundproofing effects, but there is a need for something with even higher soundproofing effects. However, conventional measures such as reducing gaps and increasing the number of glass sheets are already reaching their limits. Therefore, it is difficult, if not impossible, to further improve the sound insulation effect using conventional methods, but also from a cost-effective point of view.

Means for Solving the Problems Therefore, the present invention improves the method of attaching the glass to the frame.A thin elastic material 2 is pasted in advance around the periphery of the glass 1 with an adhesive 3.
This structure is characterized in that the glass covered with the glass is supported in the glass groove 5 of the frame body 4 by pads 6 made of a material different from the elastic material. The elastic material 2 is in the form of a thin plate and is pasted so as to wrap around both peripheral surfaces and end surfaces of the glass 2.

Effect As is well known, sound is a compressional wave in the air. This compression wave passes through glass etc. and enters the room. As a result of various studies, it was found that in addition to this transmitted noise, the glass itself vibrates due to compression waves, which becomes a new noise source and generates secondary noise. This is a solid-state sound that propagates from the frame of the window opening to the wall, and the vibration of the wall itself generates new noise with a wide area as the sound source. In conventional products, these secondary noises were added to the noise transmitted through the glass, reducing the sound insulation effect.

In the present invention, as described above, the peripheral part of the glass 1 is covered with an elastic material, and the frame 4 is supported at that part by the packing 6, so that the vibration of the glass 1 due to compression waves of air is absorbed by the elastic material 2 and the packing. The resistance of the internal friction caused by the vibration of 6 is converted into thermal energy, which reduces the propagation to the frame, which reduces the vibration of the glass itself, and at the same time reduces the propagation of vibration to the wall via the frame. , it is possible to reduce secondary generated vibrations. Furthermore, the secondary noise generated by the vibration of the glass plate, and the sound radiated from the edge of the glass plate, is propagated through the elastic material 2 and the gasket 6 being made of different materials, that is, having different acoustic resistances. , the sound is reflected at the boundary and can be prevented from entering the room. Therefore, the sound insulation effect can be enhanced.

As the elastic material, it is most desirable to use damping rubber as described above, but materials with high frictional resistance such as chloroprene foam material, soft vinyl chloride, etc. can also be used. In addition, the packing 6 does not need to have much damping power since the vibration is damped by the damping rubber 2, and in addition to the above-mentioned vinyl chloride, packing used in ordinary sashes, such as glazing channels, etc. can be used. can also be used. Setting pieces will be installed as necessary for the bottom frame to support the weight of the glass. At that time, it is desirable to provide a slipping material such as Teflon resin on the setting piece.

As mentioned above, in this embodiment, since the damping rubber is placed around the glass 1, the vibration of the glass due to noise is absorbed here, the secondary noise due to the vibration of the glass is reduced, and the vibration is applied to the frame 4. As mentioned above, the propagation of noise is also reduced, and the noise generated by wall vibration is also reduced.

As described above, in the present invention, an elastic material with vibration-damping power is stretched around the glass and supported by a gasket on the frame, so the vibration of the glass is absorbed by this elastic material, reducing secondary noise. Vibration propagation to the wall is also reduced. Therefore, the effect of insulating external noise can be enhanced. Moreover, since a sheet-like elastic material is simply stretched around the glass, the conventional frame can be used as is, and the cost can be reduced without increasing much. Furthermore, the work for attaching the glass to the frame is no different from conventional ones, and it can be directly incorporated into sashes with other conventional sound-insulating structures, resulting in highly sound-insulating windows. Furthermore, since the end portions of the glass are protected by the elastic material, there is no fear of injury to the hands when cutting the glass, and work efficiency is improved.
