リング１６を装着し、操作片部１８及びリンク部

に止着して設けると共に、そのレバー２０と固定
板１との間に上記操作片部１８を上昇位置に附勢
するスプリング２３を設けて、操作片部１８を適
宜位置まで押下した時点で上記リンク部１９がレ
バー２０の側端部１３に当接して、可動板８をス
プリング１６の付勢方向の逆方向へスライドさせ
