[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a suction tube for brain surgery. Locating affected areas such as tumors and blood stains within the ventricles of patients with intracerebral lesions
Confirm with a CT scanner, etc., and puncture and insert a suction tube for ventricular surgery to suction out the tumor, blood stains, etc. in the affected area, or simultaneously inject a lysing solution, cleaning solution, etc. into the affected area. The tumor, blood stains, etc. are then easily sucked out of the body. In this suction and discharge work, the conventional suction tube for intracerebral surgery is a tube for injecting the cleaning liquid etc. in parallel with a suction tube body that has a built-in rotatable shaft rod shaped like a drill blade with a threaded groove. The body is assembled and configured. However, the conventional suction tube with this assembled configuration requires a drill incision in the skull during brain surgery to minimize damage to the brain due to intracerebral puncture insertion, but its shape and size are limited. Depending on the patient's condition, an extra large drill incision and puncture insertion may result in a large brain injury. Therefore, there was a great danger that the injury would cause more adverse effects than expected on brain function. Accordingly, the present invention provides a suction tube for ventricular surgery that can reduce such damage as much as possible to reduce adverse effects such as brain dysfunction or avoid risks. Next, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings of one embodiment. FIG. 1 is a side sectional view of a conventional embodiment. The suction tube 1 for ventricular surgery is used by making a hole in the skull with a drill in advance and inserting it into the hole. A rotatable shaft 4 having a threaded groove 4a is built into the body 1 so that tumors and blood stains (not shown) in the affected area in contact with the horizontal hole 3 can be cut and collected. Injection tubes 5 are arranged and fixed in parallel, and a dissolving solution, a cleaning solution, etc. are injected into the affected area from the spout 5a as necessary to dissolve and clean tumors, blood stains, etc., as shown in the figure. It is constructed and used for treatment of the above-mentioned affected areas.
1a is a hub that holds a rotating shaft 4b and has a suction port connector 1b, and 5b is a port connector for injecting the liquid. FIG. 2 is a side sectional view of one embodiment of the present invention. The suction tube 6 for ventricular surgery is used by making a hole in the skull with a drill in advance and inserting it into the hole. The tip 7 of the suction tube 6 is squeezed to form a bearing 7a, and the tip A side hole 8 is provided in the side wall of the section 7, and the tube body 6 has an internal tube body 9 which is partially exposed from the tapered portion 7 of the distal end portion 7 and is rotatable for injecting a cleaning liquid such as a chemical solution. provided, the inner tube body 9
A liquid ejection hole 9a is provided in the side wall of the tip end, and the tip end of the tube body 9 is closed 9c, and the portion built into the suction tube body 6 has a wire contour body 10 on the outer peripheral surface. Closely wound in the tip direction 10a Loosely wound in the base direction 10
b is fixed and provided, and the tube body for ventricular surgery is assembled and configured, 6a is the base, 6b is the suction connector part, 9b
9 is the rotating base, and 9bb is the liquid injection connector. If a hole is drilled in the skull with a drill in advance and the skull is inserted into the hole for use, the brain tumor, blood stains, etc. in the affected part of the brain (not shown) that is inserted into the screw winding 10a from the horizontal hole 8 and comes into contact with As the inner tube body 9 rotates, it is cut and removed by the screw winding 10a, and at the same time, the cut affected tissue pieces are sucked out, and body fluids, etc., are sucked out, and if necessary, a medical solution or the like is dissolved from the inner tube body 9. A liquid or cleaning solution is injected into the affected area to facilitate suction of the cutting pieces. As described above, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the structure of the inner tube body 9 allows the pre-drilled hole in the patient's skull to be made much smaller than in the previous case, and to reduce surgical scars on the brain. It has an extremely small drill hole, which has the effect of significantly reducing brain dysfunction and danger to life compared to the previous method.
