Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 直流電源に第1及び第2のスイツチング素子
が直列に接続され、これらのスイツチング素子の
共通接続点に一端が接続されたモータ負荷に対し
て、前記第1のスイツチング素子のオンオフによ
り通断電を行ない、その断電による停止時に前記
第2のスイツチング素子のオンにより制動を行な
うようにしたモータ駆動回路において、前記第1
及び第2のスイツチング素子に並列に接続され逆
方向電流を側路する第1及び第2のダイオードと
、前記第2のスイツチング素子に直列に接続され
た逆流阻止用ダイオードと、この逆流阻止用ダイ
オードと並列に接続されたサージ吸収回路とを具
備したことを特徴とするモータ駆動回路。 2 直流電源に第1及び第2のスイツチング素子
が直列に接続され、これらのスイツチング素子の
共通接続点に一端が接続されたモータ負荷に対し
て、前記第1のスイツチング素子のオンオフによ
り通断電を行ない、その断電による停止時に前記
第2のスイツチング素子のオンにより制動を行な
うようにしたモータ駆動回路において、前記第1
のスイツチング素子に並列に接続され逆方向電流
を側路するダイオードと、前記第2のスイツチン
グ素子に直列に接続された逆流阻止用ダイオード
と、前記第2のスイツチング素子及び逆流阻止用
ダイオードの直列回路に並列に接続されたサージ
吸収回路とを具備したことを特徴とするモータ駆
動回路。 3 直流電源に第1及び第2のスイツチング素子
が直列に接続され、これらのスイツチング素子の
共通接続点に一端が接続されたモータ負荷に対し
て、前記第1のスイツチング素子のオンオフによ
り通断電を行ない、その断電による停止時に前記
第2のスイツチング素子のオンにより制動を行な
うようにしたモータ駆動回路において、前記第1
のスイツチング素子に並列に接続され逆方向電流
を側路するダイオードと、前記第2のスイツチン
グ素子に直列に接続された逆流阻止用ダイオード
と、前記第1のスイツチング素子に並列に接続さ
れたサージ吸収回路とを具備したことを特徴とす
るモータ駆動回路。
