(Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, conventionally, when covering a construction surface such as concrete with a waterproof material, an adhesive or the like is applied to the construction site in order to join and fix the construction surface and the waterproof material or the waterproof materials together. There is a problem in terms of workability. In this case, if the joint surfaces are not properly fixed, water leakage may occur later. Also the fourth
As shown in the figure, there is also a method of sealing and fixing the joint between the waterproofing material 13 and the construction surface 9 or the waterproofing materials 13 using joint putty, but this method requires auxiliary materials and is not easy to work with.

(Means for solving the problem) The inventors of the present invention have overcome the shortcomings of conventional waterproofing materials and have developed a new waterproofing material that not only has excellent waterproofing properties but also is easy to install and has excellent workability. As a result of various studies, we found that a sheet-like material with a film-like material interposed with highly water-absorbing and gelling particles, and a sheet-like material whose surface was pre-coated with an adhesive, satisfied the purpose. Based on this knowledge, we came up with this invention.

To use this waterproof sheet material 12, see Figure 3B.
As shown in the figure, the release paper on the surface is peeled off and the waterproof sheet is pasted on the construction surface 9, but since it has an adhesive layer on both sides, multiple waterproof sheets can be stacked and pasted as shown in the figure. Further, as shown in FIG. 3C, the sheets may be joined together to form a multilayer structure.

Among the above-mentioned waterproof sheets 8, 10, and 12, the waterproof sheet 8 is the most preferable in terms of strength, but the waterproof sheet material 12 may be formed by laminating a plurality of sheets as shown in FIG. 3B to form an integrated waterproof body. Furthermore, as shown in the explanation of the above embodiment, it is preferable to lay a single layer of granular highly absorbent and gelling material between both adhesive layers, but as long as the particles are adhered and held in a sheet form between the adhesive layers Of course, they may be layered.

Further, as the highly water-absorbing/gelling substance, for example, bentonites are suitable, but the point is that any inorganic or organic substance can be used as long as it is a harmless substance that absorbs water and swells to form a waterproof layer. Inorganic substances with high water absorption and gelling properties include montmorillonite bentonite, attapulgite, sepiolite, and other naturally occurring and synthetic inorganic substances. As organic substances, water-soluble polyacrylic acid Examples include polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylonitrile, polyvinyl acetate, and copolymers thereof. These may be used alone or as a mixture, and of course the above-mentioned inorganic substances and organic substances may be used in combination. Since the inorganic substance has a relatively high specific gravity and the organic substance has a relatively low specific gravity, the weight of the waterproof material can be adjusted by mixing them. Note that the swelling rate of inorganic substances is about 3 to 5 times, but the swelling rate of organic substances is relatively large (for example, 10 to 50 times), so the thickness of the waterproof layer can be adjusted by mixing organic and inorganic substances. can also be controlled.

Such highly water-absorbing and gelling substances are used in granular form. Its particle size range is usually 0.1~10mm,
Preferably it is 0.3 to 3 mm. If the particle size is less than 0.1 mm, the layer will be too thin and the water-stopping effect will not be sufficient, and if it exceeds 10 mm, water absorption and swelling will be slow. Such granules are
In addition to those granulated by extrusion granulation, fluidized bed granulation, rolling granulation, and other methods, natural products crushed and processed may also be used. Regarding the shape of the particles, even if they are cylindrical, spherical, or other shapes, as long as they can be distributed in a layer of uniform thickness on the water-permeable material,
Of course, it may have any shape.

Any type of adhesive can be used as the adhesive for fixing and fixing the highly water-absorbing and gelling substance as long as it can fix the highly water-absorbing and gelling substance to the water-permeable material sheet. Although there are no particular limitations, it is preferable to use an adhesive that is not soluble in water, has water resistance, has adhesive strength, and is highly flexible. For example, polyvinyl ether, polyisobutylene,
Examples include SBR, butyl rubber, polyurethane, chloroprene, and nitrile rubber adhesives. The amount of adhesive to be applied is such that it can fix the highly water-absorbing and gelling substance without interfering with its water absorption.

In FIG. 1, a water-permeable material is prepared by finely and uniformly distributing granular products 5 of a highly water-absorbing and gelling substance on an adhesive-treated water-permeable material sheet 2 coated with an adhesive 4, and coated with an adhesive 3 in the same manner. Sheet 1 is pressurized with a bonding roll to completely fix the water-permeable material sheets 1 and 2 and the highly water-absorbing/gelling material. Due to this pressure, excess adhesive gets between the particles and the particles are removed. Fixed with adhesive. Next, an adhesive is applied onto the water-permeable material sheet 1, and a release paper 7 is attached thereto to obtain a waterproof material sheet 8. This waterproofing agent sheet is rolled into a roll and cut into a desired size depending on the area to be used.

Note that the waterproof material sheet of the present invention can be manufactured by a method other than the above, for example, by applying an adhesive to both sides of the water permeable material sheet 1 in advance to form adhesive layers 3 and 6, and then laying this in a sheet form. This may be carried out by laminating and adhering granular highly absorbent and gelling material.

(Effects of the invention) All of the waterproof sheet materials of this invention have granular highly absorbent and gelatinous substances adhered and fixed, and their surfaces are treated with adhesive, so the release paper can be peeled off during installation and adhered to the construction area. All you have to do is apply it, and since the entire surface is adhesive-treated, you can improve the stability of waterproofing construction. Furthermore, since the release paper can be removed while bonding to a construction surface such as concrete or waterproof material sheets can be bonded to each other, work efficiency is extremely high and construction time can be significantly shortened. Further, in order to strengthen the waterproofness, if necessary, it can be easily made into a multilayer structure (for example, as shown in FIG. 3B), so that the waterproofness can be adjusted arbitrarily and easily. Note that there are no restrictions on the uses of the waterproof sheet material of the present invention. For example, it can also be used for buried pipe joints. When conventional products are used, joints inevitably require auxiliary materials such as putty for joints, but with the present invention, this is not necessary at all.
