として作用させて扉本体1の強度を向上させるこ
とができる。本考案においては、この折曲部4が
上下の側板3,3と接続される上下のコーナー部
分に、透孔6,6が設けられている。透孔6の形
状は自由であるが、上下の側板3側の孔縁をこれ
らの側板3の内面と同一高さとしておくものとす
る。なお、本実施例では図示のような半円形の透
孔6が形成されている。

液が排出され、下のコーナー部分に処理液が残る
ことはない。前処理の終了した扉は次に電着槽内
に浸漬されて電着塗装を施されるが、この場合に
も第3図に示されるように上のコーナー部分に設
けられた透孔6からコーナー部分の空気が逃げる
ため、気泡による塗装不良が生ずることはない。
従つて本考案の扉は処理液の残留や塗料の進入不
足が生ずるおそれがなく、完全な塗装処理が可能
である。

を解決した電気機器収納用箱の扉として、その実
用的価値は極めて大きいものである。
