合装置。 A light-emitting element is mounted on one side of the lead frame, and a light-receiving element is mounted on the other side. A light-shielding body is formed of a light-shielding thermoplastic resin except for the mounting portion of the light-emitting element and the light-receiving element, and the light-emitting element is A light-emitting side light-transmitting resin body is formed by molding a light-transmitting thermosetting resin, a light-receiving side light-transmitting resin body is formed by molding a light-receiving element with the thermosetting resin, and a light-emitting side light-transmitting resin body is formed by molding a light-receiving element with the thermosetting resin. A light-emitting reflective film for guiding light from the light-emitting element to the light-emitting window is formed on the surface of the resin body excluding the light-emitting window, and a light-receiving window is formed on the surface of the light-receiving transparent resin body excluding the light-receiving window. 1. An optical coupling device characterized in that a light-receiving and reflecting film is formed to guide an incident path to a light-receiving element.
