【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案はコンクリート建物、主としてALC壁
体に設けられた窓開口部に窓枠を取付ける装置に
関する。

法で固着されており、しかして窓枠2へ取付けに
あたつては窓枠2を構成する各枠部材(図には下
枠部材2aを示す)の係合用耳片5,5に取付金
具6の1対の二叉状係合片7,7を係合固定し、
この取付金具6の取付片8を連結棒9を介して溶
接によりアングル材4の上面側に固着するように
していた。しかしながら、このような従来装置に
よれば、現場において溶接作業を行わねばならな
いため、溶接技術者を必要とするうえに、溶接機
の搬入、搬出及びその取扱いに余分な手間がかか
り、更には溶接時の火花が周辺に飛び散つて窓枠
等を損傷するといつた問題があつた。

なるアンカー金具10を、窓開口部1の各開口辺
3に固着されたアングル材4に被嵌して、その係
止爪15,16を該アングル材の両端縁部に係止
する一方、窓枠2に取付けた取付金具11又は窓
枠2に一体突設した取付片32をアンカー金具1
0の立上がり片14の一側面に当接して、この取
付金具11又は取付片32と立上がり片14とに
わたつて貫装したねじ具24によりこれらを緊締
連結してなることである。

たこの下横枠部材2aの係合用耳片を5,5で示

また、逆V字状を成している立上がり片14には
その中央部に長孔17が貫設され、更に水平板部
12と垂直板部13との交叉部分には外面側に凸
状を呈するような弯曲部18が幅方向全域に形成
されている。取付金具11は金具本体19の両端
部に1対の二叉状係合片20,20が形成されて
いると共に、この金具本体19の下面側に垂直に
突出する取付片21が溶接で一体的に固着されて
なるもので、この取付片21の中央部にはねじ孔
22が設けられている。

方、窓枠2の下横枠部材2aにはアンカー金具1
0の取付けられた位置と対応する位置においてそ
の係合用耳片5,5に取付金具11の二叉状係合
片20,20を係合すると共に、取付片21を各
アンカー金具10における立上がり片14の一側
面に当接し、そうしてこの立上がり片14の他側
面に座金23を配した状態でビス24をこの立上
がり片14の長孔17より取付片21のねじ孔2
2にねじ込んで締め付ける。こうしてビス24を
締め付けることによつて、立上がり片14と取付
片21とが一体的に連結されると同時に、当初は
逆Vの字に開いた状態となつていた立上がり片1
4の斜片部14a,14bが互いに対向方向すな
わち閉じる方向に弾性的に圧縮されそれによりア
ンカー金具10の端部が中央部側へ引き寄せられ
る状態となつてアンカー金具10がアングル材4
に対し確実且つ強固に固定され、第1図の実線で
示された状態となる。その結果下横枠部材2aは
アングル材4に堅固に固定される。以上窓枠2の
下横枠部材2aをそれに対応する窓開口部1の下
部側開口辺3に取付ける場合についてのみ説明し
たが、上横枠部材及び左右の縦枠部材のそれぞれ
対向する開口辺への取付けについても上記の説明
と同様である。

つて各アンカー金具の端部が中央部側へ引き寄せ
られるようになるためアンカー金具がアングル材
に強固に固定されることになつて窓枠の窓開口部
への取付けを確実且つ堅固なものとすることがで
きる効果がある。
