プにおいて、 複数対の側壁により形成される中空部を有しか
つ上部に装飾部材を装着可能とした基部と長手方
向に延出する前記側壁の内側に相互に平行をなす
ように突出されて前記Ｔ形スタツドの頭部に係合
されるスタツド係合部とで構成され、前記スタツ
ド係合部の一部に前記Ｔ形スタツドの頭部をその
軸線方向に通過させる切欠部を設けたことを特徴
