[Detailed Description of the Invention] <Industrial Application Field> The present invention relates to a shoe for rehabilitation that is suitable for footwear for people with impaired limbs due to injury or numbness, and for the elderly.

<Prior Art> In general, so-called rehabilitation shoes are worn by people with enlarged feet who have been bandaged after trauma, or people with disabilities such as paralysis of their limbs.
For example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-20325 is known.
This simply involves passing a cuff band that can be tightened freely over the shoe opening, loosening the cuff band when putting on the shoe, and tightening it again after inserting the foot. That is, the lace band only serves to supplementarily restrain the lace of the foot inserted into the shoe opening and prevent it from coming off when walking.

<Problem to be solved by the invention> However, the width (length) of the shoe opening in this case is only slightly larger than the shoe opening for ordinary athletic shoes, and the width of the vamp flap is large. For this reason, it is not easy to insert a bandaged foot or a paralyzed foot, and conversely, if a bandage is placed at the opening of the shoe, it may interfere with the fitting process. is the current situation. Of course, if the band is removed from the stopper, there will be no problem with wearing it, but when using the band after this, it will be more difficult to reinsert it into the stopper that has a narrow gap, and in reality I don't leave out the band every time.

<Means for Solving the Problems> In the present invention, the lace part which becomes the front part of the shoe opening of the shoe body is formed into a divided outer lace part and a divided inner lace part, each having a width such that the central part partially overlaps. A surface fastener (hook-and-loop type fastener) provided on the lower surface of a belt portion horizontally protruding from one side of the proximal end of the inner split portion can be freely engaged with a fixed surface fastener on the upper surface of the outer split portion; A surface fastener provided on the lower surface of a horizontally protruding belt portion on one side of the proximal end of the divided outer laces can be freely engaged with a fixed surface fastener on the upper surface of the divided inner laces,
Furthermore, finger hooks are attached to the tips of the upper surfaces of both of the belt parts.

<Function> Due to the above-mentioned structure, when wearing the shoes, the inner and outer belt portions, which are formed by crossing the collar at the laces, can be spread outwards against the adhesion of the fasteners on each side. For example, the opening of the shoe splits open all the way to the toe part of the hakama, making it easy to wear even for people with bandaged feet or those who have difficulty walking due to paralysis. After inserting the legs, reverse the above process by rotating the fingers inserted into the finger hooks of the belt part, which will be the tips of the left and right divided inner and outer flaps, as appropriate to match the collar of a Japanese dress, and then tighten the belt. By engaging the surface fasteners on the inner and outer parts of the waist hakama with the fixed surface fasteners on the inner and outer parts of the hakama, the inner and outer split parts overlap to form a lace part. In other words, the laces have a layered structure in which the split collars overlap, so it is possible to wear shoes that follow the size of the foot, and even when walking, the inner and outer laces are cross-layered and can be worn deeply. It keeps it in place so it doesn't come off.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a shoe body in the shape of an athletic shoe, and the shoe body 1 includes a bottom portion 2, a waist hakama 3 having a predetermined width disposed around the upper edge of the shoe body 1, and a waist hakama 3 sewn on the left and right positions of the upper edge of the waist hakama 3. The split outer flap part 5 has a belt part 4 laterally projecting from one side of the base end, and the divided inner part 7 has a belt part 6 laterally projecting from one side of the base end. In this case, the left and right pair of inner and outer split parts 7 and 5 are as follows:
When the laces 8 are formed by Sew-sewing, they have a width such that the laces 7a and 5a partially overlap at the center, and a shoe opening 9 is formed at the upper edge of the band portions 7b and 5b. Inside the division of this shoe body 1, on the bottom surface of the tips of the belt parts 6, 4 of the outer flaps 7, 5, a surface fastener (Fufutsuk loop type fastener) 10,
10, and fixed surface fasteners 11, 11 corresponding to the surface fasteners 10, 10 are provided outside the division, on the upper surface of the inner flap portions 5, 7, and each belt portion 6, 4
A bendable finger hook 12, 12 is attached to the upper surface of the tip, and the whole becomes a rehabilitation shoe 13. In the figure, 14 is the buttock, 15 is the heel core, and 16 is the toe core.

Next, to explain this effect, first, when putting on this shoe 13, the inner and outer split portions 7 and 5 that overlap at the lace portion 8 position of the shoe body 1 are
Belt parts 6 and 4 hung in a cross shape,
By inserting a finger or a suitable hook (not shown) into the finger hooks 12, 12 and opening them to the left and right against the hook-and-loop fasteners of the belt parts 6, 4, 7 and 5 are folded back and unfolded to the left and right with the distal end seam portion 8a as the base end, and the shoe opening 9 becomes so-called fully open (see FIG. 2). Of course, in this case, the shoelace fabric should be made of a material that allows the belt portion to remain open to the left and right when the opening 9 is fully opened (for example, the outer fabric is Tetron mesh, the inner fabric is urethane, The lining fabric is a tri-polymerization of sashiko weave fabric).

Here, the foot to be worn (not shown)
The shoe can be easily inserted into the shoe opening 9 by inserting the shoe from the side of the collar 8 which is split into two in the longitudinal direction. This allows for a wide spread in the lateral direction, making it easy to insert a wide (thick) leg with a bandage wrapped around it, etc. After this, in the opposite manner to the above, first pass the belt portion 6 of the inner split section 7 to the band section 7b side of the outer split section 5, which will be at the side waist position, and then attach the hook-and-loop fastener 10 on the lower surface of the belt section 6. If the part 7b is glued and locked to the fixed surface fastener 11, and then the belt part 4 of the other divided outer part 5 is overlapped on the divided inner part 7, the whole becomes cross-shaped, and this belt part 4 The surface fastener 10 on the lower surface is adhered to the fixed surface fastener 11 on the upper surface of the divided inner flap part 7. In this case, the surface fastener 10 and the fixed surface fastener 11 each have an L-shape as a whole, and the combined width of the inner and outer joint portions 7 and 5 can be freely adjusted.

In this way, when walking with shoes 13 worn, the inner and outer laces 7 and 5 are tightened in a collar-matching manner, and the surface fastener 10 on the lower surface of the belt portion 6 of the inner laces 7 is tightened. The position of the bending part (instep girth) of the shoe is avoided, and the surface fastener 10 of the belt part 6 of the divided inner lace part 7 and the surface fastener 10 of the belt part 4 of the divided outer lace part 5 are located in the front and back positions. This allows for reliable fixation with less resistance from the bending part.

<Effects of the invention> As mentioned above, the rehabilitation shoe of the present invention has the following effects:
Inside the division where the center part overlaps the lace part which becomes the front part of the shoe opening,
By adopting a so-called Japanese-style collar structure in which the belt parts of each side extension are turned left and right, even if the leg is wrapped in a bandage or the leg is paralyzed or paralyzed, the length of the belt part can be easily adjusted. The shoe splits in one direction and unfolds to the left and right, leaving the shoe opening fully open, making it easy to put on the shoe. Moreover, since a finger hook is attached to the belt part in this case, even if you have some difficulty with your hands, you can align the inner and outer parts of the split by simply inserting your finger, and the locking is easy. It can be easily fixed because it is a hook-and-loop fastener that only needs to be pressed. Of course, this hook-and-loop fastener can be prevented from slipping, and has practical effects such as being able to freely adjust the fixing width.
