(Prior art) Conventionally, the upper end of a rotary leg is screwed into a mounting seat or the like attached to the underside of a floorboard, and the floorboard is raised and lowered by rotating the rotary leg, thereby raising and lowering the floorboard to a predetermined height. Various floorboard supports are known that are configured to be installed on. In addition, in order to enhance the cushioning effect of this floorboard support and improve the sound insulation due to the vibration-proofing effect, for example, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-2600, a recess is formed at the lower end of the rotating leg. A cushioning member made of an elastic body is provided inside. By the way, a flange is formed at the lower end of the buffer member, and the lower end surface of the rotary leg is in contact with this flange, so that the impact applied to the floor plate is transmitted from the lower end of the rotary leg to the flange. Because the sound is transmitted to the concrete surface, etc. under the floor, it is not possible to expect a sufficient sound insulation effect. It is also possible to omit the flange to improve sound insulation, but in this case, when a large impact load is applied to the floorboard and the cushioning member is compressed from above, it will cause the shock absorber to move laterally within the recess. There was a problem in that it expanded and caused cracks in the legs.

(Purpose of the invention) The present invention was made to solve the above problems, and can effectively suppress the impact applied to the floorboards from being transmitted to the subfloor, while also preventing large impact loads from acting on the floorboards. To provide a floorboard support that does not cause cracks in the legs even in such a case, and can prevent the function of the floorboard support from being impaired.

The buffer member 2 consists of a cylindrical engagement part 8 fitted into the lower end recess 7 of the rotating leg body 1, and a flange part 9 formed at the lower end thereof, and is made of an elastic material such as synthetic rubber. It is formed as follows. A vertical through hole 10 is formed in the center of the buffer member 2, and the height H of the engaging portion 8 is set larger than the depth D of the recess 7. Further, the upper end surface of the engaging portion 8 is formed into a dish shape corresponding to the partition wall 6, and a plurality of protrusions 11 are formed radially on the upper end surface of the engaging portion 8, as shown in FIG. Furthermore, a plurality of protrusions 12 are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the engaging portion 8 and extend in the vertical direction. Further, the outer peripheral surface of the flange portion 9 has a horizontal groove 1.
3 is formed over the entire circumference, and a plurality of rows of grooves 14 are arranged concentrically on the lower surface of the flange 9, as shown in FIG.

In order to use the floor plate support having the above structure, the engaging portion 8 of the buffer member 2 is fitted into the lower end recess 7 of the rotary leg 1. And, as shown in Figure 4,
Screw hole portion 1 of mounting seat 16 attached to floorboard 15
7 and the threaded portion 3 of the leg 1 to integrate the leg 1 and the mounting seat 16, the mounting seat 16 is positioned below the adjustment hole 18 formed in the floor plate 15. By attaching the supporting tool to the lower surface of the floorboard 15, the supporting tool is installed on the lower surface of the floorboard 15. Then, by inserting a turning tool into the inside of the rotary leg body 1 from above the floor plate 15 through the adjustment hole 18 and rotating it, the rotary leg body 1 is raised and lowered to adjust the height. Support in a predetermined installation state.

In the installed state of the floor plate support, the height H of the engaging portion 8 of the buffer member 2 is set larger than the depth D of the recess 7 of the rotary leg body 1, so the collar portion 9 of the buffer member 2 A gap S corresponding to the length H-D is formed between the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the rotary leg body 1. Due to the existence of this gap S, when a light impact caused by the movement of a person or the fall of an article acts on the floor plate 15, this impact is transmitted from the lower end of the rotary leg body 1 through the collar 9 to the concrete surface under the floor. 19 in a short-circuit manner, and is transmitted from the partition wall 6 of the rotary leg body 1 through the entire buffer member 2. Therefore, the buffering effect of the buffer member 2 is fully exhibited, and when the shock passes through the buffer member 2, it is absorbed and the impact sound is prevented from propagating to other rooms via the cochlear surface 19 etc. It can be effectively prevented.

In addition, the floorboard 1 may be exposed to heavy impacts such as children jumping up and down.
5, the rotating leg body 1 descends by a length corresponding to the gap S while elastically deforming the engaging part 8 of the buffer member 2, and then the lower end surface of this leg body 1 touches the collar part 9. The leg body 1 comes into contact with the upper end surface of the leg body 1, and further lowering of the leg body 1 is prevented. Therefore, the lateral expansion force in the recess 7 that acts when the engaging portion 8 is compressed from above does not increase so much, and therefore, the expansion force causes the lower end of the leg 1 to This can prevent the occurrence of cracks in the parts. In particular, when the buffer member 2 is provided with the through hole 10 and the protrusion 12, the space formed in the recess 7 by these allows the buffer member 2 to
Since the expansion force is absorbed, damage to the leg body 1 can be more reliably prevented. Furthermore, the lower end surface of the leg body 1 does not come into contact with the upper surface of the flange section 9 immediately after the weight impact is applied, but the two contact after the engaging section 8 is elastically deformed to some extent. When the engaging portion 8 is elastically deformed, a buffering effect is exerted, and the propagation of buffering sound can also be effectively suppressed.

Further, in the above embodiment, the protrusion 12 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the engaging portion 8, and the protrusion 12 is brought into contact with the inner circumferential surface of the recess 7 of the rotating leg 1, so that the rotating leg 1 and the buffer member Since the buffer member 2 is configured to be installed in a state where the buffer member 2 is in local contact with the member 2, the engaging portion 8 can be easily inserted into the recess 7 without requiring much force. At the same time, it is possible to prevent the buffer member 2 from falling off and to stably maintain the attachment state of the buffer member 2 to the rotary leg body 1.

In addition, when the structure is such that the protrusions 11 and the grooves 14 are provided on the upper and lower end surfaces of the buffer member 2, manufacturing errors can be absorbed and the upper end surface of the partition wall 6 of the rotary leg body 1 can be It is possible to tightly contact the lower surface and bring the lower end surface into stable contact with the concrete surface 19 under the floor, and it is possible to prevent an unstable state such as uneven contact from occurring.

By inserting the nail 20 into the rotary leg body 1 through the adjustment hole 18 and driving it into the concrete surface 19 through the through hole 5 of the partition wall 6 and the through hole 10 of the buffer member 2, the rotary leg body 1 and the buffer member 2 may be fixed. Furthermore, in the embodiment described above, the screw hole portion 17 for screwing the rotary leg body 1 is formed by attaching the mounting seat 16 to the lower surface of the floor plate 15, but the screw hole portion is provided directly on the floor plate 15. It may also have a different structure.

(Effects of the invention) As explained above, the floor plate support of the invention has a height of the engaging portion of the buffer member fitted in the recess compared to the depth of the recess formed at the lower end of the leg. The shock absorber is installed with a large gap between the upper end surface of the flange formed at the lower end of the cushion member and the lower end surface of the leg body, so a light impact acts on the floorboard. In this case, the impact is prevented from being transmitted from the lower end of the leg to the floor through the flange, and the entire cushioning member exerts a sufficient buffering effect, effectively reducing the propagation of impact sound. In addition, when a weight impact is applied, the impact absorption effect that occurs when the cushioning member elastically deforms, and the expansion force of the cushioning member is prevented from increasing significantly, thereby preventing damage to the legs. It has the advantage that both effects can be obtained at the same time.
