<Problems to be solved by the invention> Therefore, in the conventional electric wire end sealed connector, there is a large gap between the large diameter portion 02b into which the sheath of the electric wire K to be connected is inserted and the sheath of the electric wire K. This had the disadvantage that voids were formed, and the connection part where the coating was peeled off to form a bare electric wire could not maintain watertightness, and it could not be used in humid places with a lot of water droplets due to the risk of electrical leakage.

Therefore, as shown in Fig. 11, we have taken measures such as gathering together multiple connectors with electric wires connected, covering the outer periphery with a plastic bag A, and tying the opening with a string B or the like. Ta. On the other hand, JP-A-62
-29082 and 48-43179 consist of a heat-shrinkable outer cylinder with one end closed like a bottom plate or left open, and a thermosetting or thermoplastic inner layer provided on the inner surface. A wire end covering has been proposed. However, these coverings have the problem that it is troublesome to form a closed end, and furthermore, it is difficult to mechanically crimp the end of the wire.

1 to 4 show a reference example of the present invention, in which a metal sleeve 1 is directly fitted and held in a heat-shrinkable tube 2 to connect two electric wires K, K to each other. The inner metal sleeve 1 is made of copper, and the outer heat-shrinkable tube 2 is a light-colored transparent nylon product, which is a double tube with a heat-fused layer 3 of polyamide material formed on its inner surface. The double tube is formed of a small diameter part 2a formed in a concentric cylindrical shape, a large diameter part 2b at one end, and a sealed part 2c which is crimped and flattened at the other end.
The copper sleeve 1 is placed inside at a position closer to the large diameter portion 2b, and only the small diameter portion 2a is heated and shrunk into a small diameter cylindrical shape, and the copper sleeve 1 is held inside as shown in Fig. 1. The end side is heated and pressurized to make it flat and sealed 2c. By doing so, an unshrinked large diameter portion 2b remains on the right side of the heat shrinkable tube 2 in FIG.

Thus, the coatings at the ends of the two covered wires K and K are peeled off to form bare wires k and k.
Twist the parts together to form a single piece as shown in Figure 1,
Insert the tube 2 from the large diameter part 2b side as shown by the dashed line in the same figure, and insert the bare wire part k twisted together as shown in FIG. Tip side portion 2d of tube 2a
Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the outer periphery of the copper sleeve 1 is compressed and deformed 5 using a pressure tool (not shown) to form a bare wire portion. Then, the large diameter portion 2b of the tube 2 is heated and shrunk onto the covered portion of the electric wires K and K using a heating tool such as a hot gun, as shown in FIG.

In addition to the above embodiments, the heat-shrinkable tube 2 and the heat-melting resin layer 3 referred to in the present invention may be made of a double layer of high-temperature nylon and low-melting nylon, and the heat-melting material used inside is a heat-melting material. In particular, materials with good adhesion to polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which is commonly used as a covering material for electric wires, are suitable.

In addition, if the heat-shrinkable tube 2, including the inner heat-melting layer 3, is made transparent or semi-transparent, it is easy to see through the inside, and it is possible to see through the inserted state of the electric wire in the metal sleeve 1, the crimped state, etc. It can be used conveniently. Further, if the tube is colored so that the tube has different colors depending on the inner diameter size of the inner metal sleeve, it can be conveniently used without making mistakes in the size.

<Effects of the invention> As is already clear from the above explanation, the invention has the following effects:
In the sealed connector at the end of the electric wire, the covering tube to maintain the insulating properties of the metal sleeve is made of a heat-shrinkable resin material with a heat-melting resin layer formed on the inner surface, so that it can be used after the wire is connected under pressure. It can be heated and shrunk to make it adhere tightly to the wires, and the watertightness of the wire connection can be maintained, so it has the advantage of being able to be used as a connector with less risk of electrical leakage even in humid areas. . Furthermore, since the part that fits into the metal sleeve has a small diameter in advance, it can be mechanically crimped onto the bare end of the wire easily, and there is no fear that the connector will separate from the end of the wire. In particular, since the inner surface of the covering tube is coated with a heat-melting resin or adhesive, it has extremely good sealing properties, and after the wire is connected, it can be covered again with a plastic bag or the like to ensure watertightness. It can be used as is without the need for maintenance operations, and the hermetically sealed state of the end of the small diameter part can be easily obtained by heat crimping, making it easy to manufacture in mass production. It has the effect of being suitable for
Moreover, even if the thin outer tube is damaged during crimping, there is no risk of the inner metal sleeve covered by the intermediate resin sleeve being exposed to the outside, and furthermore, since the outer tube is transparent, it is easy to check whether the crimping operation is good or not. This has the advantage of being visually confirmed.
