Claims (1)
- 高出力レーザ光をフアイバーを用いて伝送する
伝送系のフアイバーの出射端において、フアイバ
ー出射端と出射集光光学系（レンズ）との間で同
フアイバーと同軸に設けられ、レーザ光の加工物
からの反射光をカツトし、反射させる開口板と、
該開口板で反射されたレーザ光を吸収する受光ダ
ンパーとを備えたことを特徴とするレーザ出射集
光装置。
