(Prior Art) Recently, a cotton candy maker that can be easily used in each home has been provided, and the structure of its main parts is shown in FIG. A is a rotating plate that rotates in conjunction with a motor, and this rotating plate a has a flat plate-shaped main body b.
and a cover c disposed on the upper surface of the main body b, and a sugar supply port d is formed in the center of the cover c. The main body b has a horizontal flange e on the periphery,
Further, the cover c is supported via the partition ring f so that its peripheral edge slightly rises above the horizontal flange e, thereby ensuring a small gap between the horizontal flange e and the peripheral edge of the cover c. ing. A heater g is disposed below the rotary plate a.

To describe the procedure for making cotton candy, rotating plate a
is heated by radiant heat from heater g and rotated at high speed via a motor (not shown), and in this state, a predetermined amount of sugar is supplied into rotary plate a through supply port d. The supplied sugar is melted by the heat of the rotary plate a and becomes molten mucus, and this molten mucus flows from the gap at the lower end of the partition ring f to the peripheral edge side of the main body b, and also in the gap between the main body b and the cover c. The cotton candy flows out from the container, is blown outward by the rotating centrifugal force of the rotating plate a, and is further diffused by the airflow blown from a fan (not shown) to become cotton candy, which is then entangled with a stick such as disposable chopsticks. It should be taken out.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) The main body b of the rotary plate a receives the radiant heat of the heater g directly, so it maintains a high temperature sufficient to melt the sugar, but the cover c, however, receives the radiant heat of the heater g. It is difficult to directly receive the heat, and it is in a state where it floats without making direct contact with body b. In other words, there is almost no heat conduction from body b, and furthermore, it is subjected to forced air cooling due to high speed rotation, and as a result, body b The temperature is considerably lower than that of

For this reason, when the molten sugar mucus passes through the gap, a portion of it that comes into contact with the cover c solidifies and gradually adheres to and accumulates in a thin film, which narrows the width of the gap. This prevents the flow of molten mucus, reducing the efficiency of producing cotton candy, and if the use continues as it is, the gaps will eventually become clogged, making it difficult to produce cotton candy.

It is possible to raise the temperature of the cover c by increasing the capacity of the heater g, but with such a method, the temperature of the main body b increases more than necessary, the molten mucus burns, and the cotton candy flavor changes. It may deteriorate or become stuck to the main body b. In view of this, the present invention aims to provide a cotton candy maker in which the temperature of the cover can be maintained at approximately the same level as the main body while maintaining the main body at an appropriate temperature.

When the operation switch 38 is turned on, the main heaters 29, 29 and the sub-heaters 30, 30 generate heat, and the heater 3 is activated, causing the rotary plate 4 and fan 33 to rotate at high speed. Air is blown to the periphery.
Then, the temperature of the rotating plate 4 rises due to the radiant heat from the main heaters 29, 29 and the sub-heaters 30, 30, and when the temperature rises to a certain temperature, the sub-heaters 30, 30 are de-energized, and the main heater 2
9 and 29 maintain the rotating plate 4 at a predetermined constant temperature. In this state, a predetermined amount of sugar is supplied into the rotating plate 4 from the supply port 13. The supplied sugar is melted by the heat of the rotating plate 4, and the molten slime is drawn out from each notch groove 8 through each lead-out path 11 by the centrifugal force of rotation of the rotating plate 4.
... to the outside of the rotary plate 4, that is, to the gap G, and further spreads from the gap G in a film shape along the upper surface of the guide part 9b, and is blown away from the periphery of the guide part 9b, and then to the fan 3.
The cotton candy is dispersed by the airflow blown from 3 and becomes cotton candy.

The cover 6 of the rotary plate 4 has its peripheral edge in close surface contact with the joint 9a of the main body 5, so that the heat of the main body 5 is well conducted to the cover 6, and therefore the temperature of the cover 6 is reduced. is maintained at an appropriate temperature approximately the same as that of the main body 5. Therefore, the molten sugar mucus does not solidify and adhere to the cover 6 when it comes into contact with the cover 6, unlike in the past, and the molten mucus always flows out smoothly and accurately through each outlet path 11. Cotton candy can be efficiently manufactured.

By the way, in general, some of the cotton candy thrown off from the periphery of the rotating plate 4 adheres to and accumulates on the inner circumferential surface of the ball 2, and such deposits are removed when disposable chopsticks or the like are inserted into the ball 2. This may interfere with rolling up the cotton candy. However, in this embodiment, the upper half of the circumferential surface of the ball 2 bulges outward, and the periphery of the rotary plate 4 faces this bulged portion, and therefore, as shown in FIG. In addition, a part of the cotton candy does not adhere to the outwardly bulging inner circumferential surface and accumulate as a deposit a, which prevents the cotton candy from being rolled up. When the cotton candy deposit a protrudes to a certain extent toward the center of the ball 2, if it is squeezed downward, the storage part 3

A rotating plate consisting of a cover placed on the top of a plate-shaped body is rotated, and the rotating plate is heated from below with a heater. In this state, sugar is supplied into the rotating plate and melted. In an apparatus for making cotton candy by shaking the molten slime outward by the rotational centrifugal force of a rotating plate, a horizontal flange is formed on the periphery of the main body of the rotating plate, and a lower surface of the periphery of the cover is formed on the upper surface of the horizontal flange. A plurality of thin lead-out passages are uniformly formed between the horizontal flange and the peripheral edge of the cover to communicate the inside of the rotary plate to the outside, and the molten mucus is transferred to the rotary plate through these lead-out passages. A cotton candy maker characterized by the ability to fling it outwards.
