Claims (1)
- ＴＴＬ形のバイポーラロジツクに於いて、位相
を分割するトランジスタのエミツタとそれに接続
される出力トランジスタのベース間の配線長が０
．５mm以上であり、かつ前記出力トランジスタの
出力が外部端子と接続されていることを特徴とす
るロジツクＩＣ。
