成し、前記蓋３の前面部３３及び凹陥部１１の前
面部を大略逆台形状とし、前記前面部３３の下辺
中央を凹陥部１１の前面部頂部中央に係脱自在に
係合させ、ハンガー主体１の中央首部Ａ以外の斜
辺桟１４，１４の断面を下面が開放するＵ字状又
は円弧状とし、前記斜辺桟のＵ字状断面内と連通
する孔部１５，１５を前記凹陥部１１の底部に配
