れる樹脂製のベローズ本体が、ベロズ本体の伸縮
によつて相手部材に接離するベローズにおいて、 前記ベーローズ本体自由端部の相手部材との当
接部位にゴム状弾性体を設けたことを特徴とする

ーズ本体の伸縮作動によつてベローズ本体の先端
部を弁座に対して接離させて流路を開閉する制御
