Since the thermoplastic resin has a linear polymer structure, the intermolecular binding force is small even at low heating temperatures, and the thermoplastic resin has the property of being softened and melted. Therefore, it has the advantage that it can be easily molded into a desired pattern, but it also has the disadvantage of poor heat resistance.

On the other hand, the above-mentioned thermosetting resin is obtained by heating a plurality of raw materials to soften them, and through intermolecular reactions in this softened state, the resin changes into a solid resin having a crosslinked structure. Therefore, it has the advantage of being excellent in heat resistance, but because of its insoluble and infusible nature, it must be molded within the short time required for the above-mentioned intermolecular reaction, and therefore has the disadvantage that this processing is troublesome. are doing.

In other words, the above-mentioned resins are made to complement each other, and a thermoplastic resin handle plate material molded into a desired pattern is bonded to a thermosetting resin transparent plate material and a substrate material via an adhesive. It is sandwiched and the outer surface is finished by cutting.

In addition, even after processing, due to the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between each plate material, there is a disadvantage that the above-mentioned peeling of the accessory is likely to occur due to deformation of the thermoplastic resin handle plate material by a heat source such as direct sunlight.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, a plate member 6 is formed by processing a plate made of cellulose acetate into a desired pattern. In this case, the diameter c of the plate member 6 is made smaller than the diameter p of the filling hole 15 in consideration of the difference in coefficient of thermal expansion with the second intermediate molded product 16.

(Effect of the invention) According to this invention, a thermosetting resin base member forming a bowl-shaped resin accessory such as a button, and a thermoplastic resin plate having a pattern provided at the bottom of the base member. The base member and the transparent member are made of a thermosetting resin that is filled into the base member so as to encapsulate the plate member within the base member. Since they are made of resin, they are strongly adhered to each other. Therefore, even though the plate member interposed between the base member and the transparent member is thermoplastic, it is prevented from peeling off. In addition, when cutting the outer surface, since the thermoplastic plate member is covered with a thermosetting resin, the plate member is not directly processed, so that discoloration and deformation of the plate member is prevented. Furthermore,
When dyeing a button by applying high-temperature dye to the button after processing or boiling the button in the dye, the thermoplastic plate member is covered with thermosetting resin, so the plate member is coated with heat. This prevents deformation and peeling.
