Abstract

The annular cage 12 comprises, on the one hand, a ring exhibiting a plurality of cells 14 designed to receive and to hold balls and, on the other hand, a projecting annular portion 20 which exhibits a deep annular groove 21 extending from the end edge 22 of the projecting portion 20 and over the most part of the said projecting portion. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 転がり接触軸受に対する単一ブロツク環状
ケージにして、片側に球4,5を受け入れ、かつ
これを保持するための複数の孔14を有するクラ
ウン13を備え、他の側に密封装置を有する環状
突出部分20を備えたケージにおいて、前記突出
部分20が軸受の外方に向つて増加する厚さを有
し、かつ深い環状のど21にして、前記突出部分
20の縁端22から延びて、該突出端部の大部分
に亙つて位置するのどを有し、こののど21が前
記突出部分20のほぼ中央部分に形成され、軸受
の外方に向いた二つの可撓性密封唇片23,24
にして、相互に拡開し、かつその厚さが軸受の外
方に向つて漸次減少する唇片を画定するようにな
つていることを特徴とする環状ケージ。 (2) 前記環状のどが前記突出部分の全長の三分
の二以上に亙つて延びている請求項1記載の環状
ケージ。 (3) 斜め転がり接触軸受に使用される環状ケー
ジにして、前記孔14を有するクラウン13がケ
ージの突出部分20に対して斜めに配設されてい
る請求項1または2記載の環状ケージ。 (4) 前記クラウン13が全体的に、ケージの回
転軸線と共軸の、円筒の形をなしている請求項1
から3の何れか一つに記載されていつ単一ブロツ
ク環状ケージ。 (5) 前記クラウン13が全体的に、ケージの回
転軸線と共軸の、円錘の形をなしている請求項1
から3の何れか一つに記載されている単一ブロツ
ク環状ケージ。 (6) プラスチツク材料を塑造することによつて
形成される請求項1から5の何れか一つに記載さ
れている単一ブロツク環状ケージ。 (7) 特に自転車部品に対する転がり接触軸受に
して、それぞれ外方部材2および内方部材1の中
に形成されたレース6,7,8,9の間で斜めに
接触する球の少なくとも一つの列を有し、前記二
つの部材1,2が相互に回転し得るようになつて
いる軸受において、前記球4,5が請求項1から
6の何れか一つに記載されている単一ブロツク環
状ケージ12の中に保持されている転がり接触軸
受。 (8) 外方部材および内方部材が相対的に回転す
る時に、前記ケージ12の可撓性唇片23,24
が、それぞれ支持面25,26と接触し、かつ半
径方向のプレストレスを受けるようになつている
