(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The frame of this conventional example of an interior/exterior construction material is simply square-shaped, and the combination structure of vertical members and horizontal members is not clear. Reinforcing bars are placed inside the frame, and expanded vermiculite mixed with water is filled and dried, which requires a lot of manufacturing work and time. The wall thickness of the frame must be increased, and the weight of the entire panel together with the expanded vermiculite is large, making it unsuitable for use as an interior material.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In the interior wall panel according to the present invention, two vertical members made of channel steel each having a substantially U-shaped cross section are arranged in parallel with the openings of the channels facing each other at an appropriate interval. A panel frame is constructed by connecting both vertical members with a plurality of horizontal members, and it is an inner wall panel in which the space of this panel frame is filled with a permeable material such as phenol foam resin, and the cross section of the main body is The vertical member is made of approximately U-shaped channel steel and consists of a back plate and side plates, and the back plate of the main body is bent to form a back groove with an opening in the opposite direction to the groove of the main body. , two protruding edges are formed on this back part closer to said both side plates with a back groove in between, one protruding edge is made shorter than the other protruding edge, and a protruding strip is formed on the outer surface of said side plate on the side of the shorter protruding edge. The horizontal member, whose both ends are fitted into the grooves of the vertical member, is made by bending a steel plate into a hat-shaped cross section, and consists of both side plates with edge pieces at the tips and a back plate. The horizontal member has the back surface of the back plate and the outer surfaces of both edge pieces fixed to the inner surfaces of both side plates of the vertical member.

The vertical members 5 constitute the left and right end portions of the inner wall panel 1, and are formed by bending a steel plate as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. The vertical member 5 is made of channel steel and has a main body with a substantially U-shaped cross section consisting of a back plate and side plates. A groove 4 is formed. Two protruding edges 7, 8 are formed on this back portion, on both sides of the back groove 4, on both sides of the plate.
One protruding edge 8 is made shorter than the other protruding edge. A protrusion 9 is formed over the entire length of the vertical member 5 on the outer surface 5a of the side plate on which the short protruding edge is formed.

Each horizontal member 6, whose both ends 6a are fitted into the groove 5b of the vertical member 5, is formed by bending a steel plate into a hat-shaped cross section. That is, the cross member 6 consists of both side plates having edge pieces at the tips and a back plate. At the end portion 6a of the horizontal member 6, the back surface of the back plate and the outer surfaces of both edge pieces are fixed to the inner surfaces of both side plates of the vertical member 5. This fixation is performed by spot welding or riveting 10 to form the panel frame 2.

As shown in FIG. 4, the inner wall panel 1 constructed as described above is attached to a framework 12 of a lightweight steel frame as a part of the outer peripheral wall 11. That is, the outer wall panel 13 and the inner wall panel 1 are arranged on the outside and inside of the framework 12, respectively, and both of these panels 13 and 11 are fastened and fixed by one fitting 14. The mounting bracket 14 has a first
A tightening bolt 16 having a locking piece 15, a mounting bracket body 17 attached to the rear end portion of the tightening bolt 16 with a tightening nut (not shown), and a locking portion 17a of the mounting bracket body 17 in a hanging shape. It consists of a second locking piece 18 that is locked. Then, the first locking piece 15 is attached to the side edge groove 13a of the outer wall panels 13, 13.
13a, the tightening bolt 16 is tightened to secure the outer wall panels 13, 13 and the frame assembly 12 between the first locking piece 15 and the mounting bracket body 17 in a sandwiched manner. On the other hand, while inserting the second locking piece 18 into the back grooves 4, 4 of the inner wall panels 1, 1 from above, insert the locking part 18a of the second locking piece 18 into the locking part 17a of the mounting bracket main body 17. By locking, the inner wall panels 1, 1 are fixed to the framework 12. In addition, in Figure 4, 1
A gypsum board 9 is attached to the inside of the inner wall panel 1, and is directly fixed to the inner wall panel 1 with screws 20.
