Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は穀稈搬送体の巻付防止装置に関するも
のである。コンバイン等の穀稈刈取機においては
刈刃部で刈取られた穀稈を揚上搬送装置へ継送す
るため前処理部に突起付きの搬送チエンからなる
穀稈搬送体を配設したものは公知であるが、この
種の穀稈搬送体は搬送チエンの突起で雑草や藁屑
等を穀稈と共に持回られて搬送チエンの駆動鎖輪
及びその近辺の回転部等に巻付き易く、特にチエ
ンの搬送作用面に駆動鎖輪を噛合させるものにお
いてはその傾向が強いものである。そのため従来
この雑草等の巻付きを防止するため駆動鎖輪近傍
にスクレーパを設けたものが提案されている。し
かし従来のスクレーパは駆動鎖輪に近接して設け
られた張車の移動を考慮することなく固定側から
一体的に延設されているためチエンが伸びた時な
どにはチエンがスクレーパに接近し過ぎて挟み角
となつたりそうでない時には離れ過ぎたりして折
角スクレーパで掻取つた雑草や藁屑等をチエンで
強制的に駆動鎖輪から離反する方向に確実に排除
することができず再度巻付いたりする等の欠点が
あつた。

ンの搬送作用面に噛合させると共に、前記駆動鎖
輪の近接位置に張車を設けてなる穀稈搬送体にお
いて、上記張車を支持するテンシヨンアームの基
端ボス部を駆動鎖輪の軸受部に遊嵌せしめると共
に、駆動鎖輪のチエン巻掛け背部側に位置してテ
ンシヨンアームのボス部からスクレーパを一体的
に延設したことにより、搬送チエンの伸び縮みに
伴う張車の移動に関係なく搬送チエンとスクレー
パの対向角度を常に一定角度に保持し得て、スク
レーパで掻取つた雑草や袴等の藁屑を搬送チエン
で駆動鎖輪から離反する方向に強制的に且つ円滑
に排除することができ、もつて駆動鎖輪付近に雑
草や藁屑等が巻付いたり詰つたりするのを確実に
防止するようにした穀稈搬送体の巻付防止装置を
提供しようとするものである。

エンで駆動鎖輪から離反する方向に強制的に且つ
円滑に排除することができ、もつて駆動鎖輪付近
の回転部等に雑草や藁屑等が巻付いたり詰つたり
するのを確実に防止することが可能となり、穀稈
の搬送作用を常に良好に保持することができるも
のである。
