Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 外鍋内に設けた発熱体により、上記発熱体上に
載置した内鍋及びその内容物を加熱すると共に、
上記外鍋の底部に接触する感熱体を設け、この感
熱体からの信号に応じて上記発熱体への通電を制
御する保温釜において、 上記発熱体と感熱体との間に、発熱体から感熱
体への熱伝達を促進する伝熱体を介在させたこと
を特徴とする保温釜。
