ネジを螺装して両荷台を結合した運搬用パレツト
において、上記止めネジを合成樹脂製となし、こ
の止めネジの頭部には該頭部の上面より若干突出

一体的に埋設して構成した運搬用パレツトにより

面状である上下の両荷台1,2上には適当な配置
をもつて複数個の差込み孔3をそれぞれ設けてあ
り、両荷台1,2は、その差込み孔3の部分に位
置させて該両荷台1,2間に脚筒4を挾み、この
脚筒4に止めネジ5を螺装することにより結合し
ている。両荷台1,2の結合は、該荷台1,2の
表面に臨む差込み孔3の口端部を若干広げて皿条
の受け止め部3aに形成し、この受け止め部3a
に止めネジ5の頭部5aを圧着させることにより
果される。そして、受け止め部3aは止めネジ5
の頭部5aに埋設されている後記滑り止め材6が
両荷台1,2の表面上より僅かに露出できる深さ
に形成されている。 脚筒4と止めネジ5は何れもポリエチレンやポ
リプロピレン等の合成樹脂により形成され、図示
の場合は脚筒4に設けた雌ネジ部4aに雄ネジで

を射出成形法等によつて成形するときに同時に埋
設されるものであつて、滑り止め材6の素材とし
ては、摩擦係数が大きくて止めネジ5の素材樹脂
と融着可能な材料、例えばエチレン−酢酸ビニル
共重合体、熱可塑性ゴム、加硫ゴム等を用いるこ
とができるが、特に好ましい素材としては酢酸ビ
ニルの含有量が15〜28重量%であるエチレン−酢
酸ビニル共重合体である。 なお、滑り止め材6のシート肉厚は1.0mm程度
であつて、この滑り止め材6が頭部5aに埋設さ
れている肉厚分に見合う厚さの肉盛り5bを頭部
5aの内面に設けてあり、また、頭部5aにはネ
ジ廻し具を掛止める孔5cが穿設されている。 図中、4bは脚筒4に設けた補強壁で、この補
強壁4bによつて雌ネジ部4aは脚筒4と一体的
に形成される。

樹脂製の止めネジの頭部と一体化しているため、
丈夫であつて半永久的に滑り止め機能を保持でき
るし、剥離とか破損等の不具合の生ずる心配がな
く、更に、荷台への被膜の被着等の後加工が不要
になるという経済性を発揮できる等、その実用的
価値は極めて多大である。
