巻取用ホース接続管5と連設した入水管6の外周
にパツキン7,7を装着したパツキン溝8,8と
案内溝9を設け、該パツキン7,7と案内溝9の
外周に、先端ホース接続部10を設けた被覆管1
1を具備し、且又前記取付軸4は枠体12の一方
装着孔13に軸着すると共に被覆管11は枠体1
2の他方装着孔14に装着し、又更に被覆管11
には案内溝9に係合される係合つめ15,15の
挿通孔16,16を設けると共に他方装着孔14
には挿通孔16,16に着脱自在に挿通した係合
つめ15,15の頭部面17,17が被覆管11
の回動に伴つて案内溝9内に案内係合される頭部
押圧円弧面18,18を設け、該頭部押圧円弧面
18,18には一方に偏して大径凹面部24,2
