DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Technical Field) The present invention relates to electric razor blades. (Background Art) Conventionally, in an electric shaver blade that cuts hair by slidingly contacting a comb-shaped fixed blade 6' and a comb-shaped movable blade 5, as shown in FIG. The movable blade cuts the hair that has been drawn into the groove,
As shown in FIG. 11, even if the hair 7 in close contact with the skin and the lying hair 7 are drawn into the blade groove, the fixed blade 6' is simply formed into a comb shape, so the hair 7
Because the hair 7 is not raised, the length of the hair 7 shown in the figure is
The drawback was that it left behind and I couldn't shave it short. Further, in this type of electric shaver, disposal of hair waste has become a problem. That is, the fixed blade 6' and the movable blade 5 are normally in sliding contact at all times, and it is difficult to remove the hair that has entered between the two blades with a cleaning brush or the like, and the fixed blade and the movable blade must be disassembled. I had the trouble of not having to do it. (Objective of the Invention) The present invention has been proposed in view of the above points, and its object is to provide an electric razor that can raise the hair and shave the hair short. (Disclosure of the Invention) The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Figures 1 to 5 show one embodiment of the present invention, and in these figures, 1 is a cylindrical body with a bottom, and inside is a battery, a drive motor, etc. (not shown) as is well known. Built-in. Reference numeral 2 denotes a holder housing provided on the upper part of the main body 1, and a drive rod 3 is provided inside thereof. This drive rod 3 transfers the rotational motion of the motor into reciprocating motion to the holder housing 2.
The movable blade 5 is configured to slide against the fixed blade 6. Therefore, in the present invention, the blade groove at the cutting edge of the fixed blade 6 is formed in a stepped manner, and the groove width consists of a wide portion and a narrow portion that is narrower than the wide portion. That is, the width of the opening of the blade groove is larger than the depth of the blade, and the stepped portion of the fixed blade 6 is formed within the sliding surface of the cutting edge of the movable blade 5, so that the groove width changes due to the stepped portion. It has a level difference that allows the bristles 7 to get caught, and has a flat structure that raises the bristles. In other words, the cutting edge of the fixed blade 6 has a portion 6a that protrudes from the tip of the cutting edge of the movable blade 5, and a blade portion 6 that retracts inward from this portion 6a and is formed in a step shape on the side surface of the portion 6a.
It is composed of b. Therefore, during use, the bristles 7 introduced into the blade groove are caught on the stepped portion 6b as shown in FIG. 4, and the lying bristles 7 are also raised and shortened as shown in FIG. You can shave like this. That is, in the past, the remaining length of the cut hair 7 was l as shown in FIG. 11, but in the present invention, the hair 7 can be raised and cut, so the remaining length is l 1 , which is less than the hair 7 before. This makes it possible to shave shorter. 6 and 7 show other embodiments of the invention. In this embodiment, the fixed blade 6 has a long cutting edge portion 6a and a short cutting edge portion 6b' arranged in a mixed manner independently, and the short cutting edge portion 6b' is provided within the sliding surface of the movable blade 5. It has characteristics. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, the bristles 7 are caught by the short cutting edge portion 6b' and are raised until they reach the depth of the blade, making it possible to cut the bristles short as in the case of FIG. 5. Become. As described above, by providing the fixed blade tip or the stepped portion of the fixed blade groove within the sliding surface of the movable blade, the hair introduced into the blade groove is raised by the time it reaches the depths of the blade groove. , it becomes possible to shave short hair. FIG. 8 is an exploded perspective view of a blade block in which the fixed blade of the present invention is built-in, and FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the blade block after assembly. The movable blade 5 inserted inside is engaged with a square boss 4b provided on the blade base 4a, and is held slidably back and forth by a pin 9 attached to the square boss 4b from the movable blade 5 side. Holder housing 2 is split housing 2
A drive rod 3 whose tip 3a can reciprocate between a and 2b
A holder housing 2 is constituted by a button 10 which has a built-in button 10 and which holds the two-split housings 2a and 2b, and two pairs of outer cutter fixing hooks 10a are provided on the upper surface at the rectangular corners of the upper end of the button 10. A corner of a square opening 6c in the center of the fixed blade 6 is fitted into the hook 10a, and the fixed blade 6 is attached to the holder side. The holder side also serves as a blade base separate from the blade base 4a to which the movable blade 5 is attached. Further, the blade base 4a to which the movable blade 5 is attached is connected to one housing 2 of the holder housing 2 by a rotatable bar 4c provided at the center of the lower part of the blade base 4a.
b It is attached to the C-shaped hook 2c provided at the rear upper part,
As shown in FIG. 9, it is rotatably mounted. When shaving, the blade block 4 is rotated and the hook 4d of the blade base 4a is hooked onto the locking piece 10b of the button 10 to fix the blade block 4 in the shaving condition as shown in FIG. do. At this time, the tip 3a of the drive rod 3 is inserted into the engagement groove 11a of the drive element 11, and at the same time, the movable blade 5 moves back and forth while being in elastic contact with the fixed blade 6 by the built-in push-up spring 8, making it possible to shave hair. becomes. When you want to remove hair after shaving, push the operating part 10c protruding from the side of the button 10 inward, and the hook part 4d of the blade base 4a will move into the locking piece 1 of the button 10.
The hinge part where the blade base 4a and the holder housing 2 are connected becomes rotatable from 0b, and is opened as shown in Fig. 9, making it easy to clean the lint by washing with water or other means. It is becoming possible to do this. (Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, a comb-shaped fixed blade;
In an electric shaver blade including a comb-shaped movable blade that slides with respect to the fixed blade, a flat part that raises hairs is formed on the sliding surface of the fixed blade with the movable blade, and the flat part Since the hair can be cut in an upright state, the hair can be shaved short.
