Generally, such packaging materials have an easily openable resin layer on the surface that is fused to the container or the like. FIG. 10 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing an example of a conventional packaging material. In FIG. 10, the packaging material 7o includes a paper layer 71, a polyethylene resin layer 72, and an aluminum foil layer 7.
3. Anchor coating agent layer 74, polyethylene resin layer 75
It has a multilayer structure in which an easy-to-open resin layer 76 is laminated. Usually, such a multilayered packaging material 70 is produced by first laminating paper and aluminum foil with a polyethylene resin interposed therebetween, thereby forming a paper layer 71 and a polyethylene resin layer 72.
, create a base sheet consisting of an aluminum foil layer 73,
An anchor coating agent layer 74 is provided on the aluminum foil layer 73 of this base sheet. Then, after sand laminating a polyethylene resin on the base sheet, an easily openable resin is extruded and laminated.

という問題があった。However, in the above packaging material, the anchor coating agent layer 74
The problem is that the easy-open resin layer 76 is not directly applied to the plastic layer 76, but is formed via the polyethylene resin layer 75, which increases the number of packaging manufacturing steps and increases the production cost. was there.

った。This is because the polyethylene resin layer 7 is easy to open.
This was because there was no choice but to go through 5. That is, the laminate strength by extrusion lamination tends to be improved by increasing the heating melting temperature of the extruded resin to promote oxidation of the resin. 330°C)
When processed at 230°C, thermal decomposition occurs, and it is usually necessary to extrude and laminate at about 230°C. For this reason, the surface oxidation degree of the easily openable resin layer extrusion laminated to the anchor coating agent layer is low, and the lamination strength is insufficient, making it impossible to put it into practical use. In addition, additives such as tackifiers contained in the easy-open resin layer bleed to the interface with the anchor coating agent layer, causing bleed to the isocyanate curing agent in the anchor coating agent before the crosslinking curing reaction. There was also the problem that sufficient adhesive strength between the aluminum foil layer and the easily openable resin layer could not be obtained due to the reaction between the aluminum foil layer and the easily opened resin layer. Therefore, even though the lamination process involves multiple steps, it was necessary to adopt the configuration shown in FIG. 10. However, because the packaging material has such a configuration, when the base sheet consisting of the formed paper layer 71, polyethylene resin layer 72, and aluminum foil layer 73 is rolled, the paper layer 71 has There is also a problem that the aluminum foil layer 73 is contaminated due to contact between the ink on the printing surface and the aluminum foil layer 73, and lamination defects are likely to occur between the aluminum foil layer and the easily openable resin layer.

In the packaging material, the adhesive layer is an anchor coat agent layer, and the easy-open resin layer coats the anchor coat of the base sheet while injecting ozone-containing gas onto the surface of the easy-open resin in a molten thin film state. The structure is such that it is extruded and laminated onto the agent layer.

0 μm1 preferably about 15 to 35 μm. If the thickness of the easy-open resin layer 3 is less than 12 μm, sufficient heat-sealability will not be exhibited, and if it exceeds 50 μm, the easy-open resin will protrude during sealing and the cost will increase. Easy-open resins generally include polypropylene resins, linear low-density polyethylene resins, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, ethylene-acrylic acid ester copolymers, ethylene-acrylic acid copolymers, and modified products thereof ( unsaturated cafubonic acid copolymers, graft copolymers, etc.) or mixtures of the above resins. Furthermore, rosin-based, terpene-based, petroleum resin-based, alkylphenol-based, xylene-based tackifiers, lubricants, anti-blocking agents, etc. may be added to the easy-opening resin. Which easy-open resin to select from the above-mentioned easy-open resins can be determined depending on the material of the object to be heat-sealed. Examples of the object to be sealed include molded containers made of foams and sheets of polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate, and the like.

Further, the polyethylene resin layer 5 functions as an adhesive layer between the paper layer 4 and the aluminum foil layer 6, and general-purpose low-density polyethylene is generally used. The thickness of this polyethylene resin layer 5 is about 10 to 30 μm. The aluminum foil layer 6 is used to provide the packaging material 1 with gas barrier properties. As the aluminum foil, a soft aluminum foil with a thickness of about 6 to 15 μm is usually used. Further, the anchor coating agent layer 7 is formed by applying a urethane-based anchor coating agent in a coating amount of 0.1 to 1.0 g/m. In the present invention, the base sheet 2 is not limited to the above-mentioned ones, and for example, various biaxially stretched films (with a thickness of 6 to 75 μm) on which aluminum is vapor-deposited instead of aluminum foil as a barrier layer can be used.

Also, since it is formed by dry laminating an easy-open resin film to a base sheet via an adhesive layer, tackifiers, etc. contained in the easy-open resin layer are There is no undesirable reaction between the additive and the anchor coating agent,
The advantage is that sufficient lamination strength between the base sheet and the easily openable resin layer can be obtained, and the manufacturing process can be significantly shortened.

A packaging material comprising a base sheet having at least a barrier layer and an easily openable resin layer formed on the base sheet via an adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer is an anchor. The easy-open resin layer is a coating agent layer, and the easy-open resin layer is formed by extrusion lamination on the anchor coating agent layer of the base sheet while injecting ozone-containing gas onto the surface of the easy-open resin in a molten thin film state. A packaging material featuring: 2. The easy-open resin layer is extruded and laminated using a cooling roll with minute irregularities formed on its surface by a gravure screen, and a plurality of minute irregularities formed at the same time are provided on the surface of the easy-open resin layer. The packaging material according to claim 1, characterized in that: 3. In a packaging material comprising a base sheet having at least a barrier layer and an easy-open resin layer formed on the base sheet via an adhesive layer, the easy-open resin layer is formed on the base sheet. A packaging material characterized by being formed by dry laminating an easy-to-open resin film. 4. The packaging material according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of minute irregularities are provided on the surface of the easily openable resin film opposite to the surface to be dry laminated.
