第１図は本案品の要部の断面図、第２図は同乗
員が着座した場合の断面図、第３図は従来の自動
車用シートの斜視図、第４図は第３図における
−線断面図、第５図は第４図において乗員が着
座した状態の断面図である。 図中、１はトリムカバー、２はパツト、１１は
表皮、１２はワデイング、１３はワデイングカバ
ー、１ａはトリムカバーの装飾用凹溝、２ａはパ
ツトの浅溝を夫々示す。

Claims (1)
- 表面に略Ｕ字状の浅溝を有する発泡体製パツト
と、このパツトを被覆する表皮、発泡体製ワデイ
ング、ワデイングカバーの積層体からなるトリム
カバーとからなり、該トリムカバーにおける前記
パツトの浅溝に対応する位置にはワデイングを高
周波ウエルダによつて圧潰して形成した装飾用凹
溝を設けると共に、該凹溝の底面を前記パツトの
浅溝に接着し、且つ該浅溝はその深さを略トリム
カバーが乗員の着座に伴なう荷重によつて圧潰さ
れた際の厚さ以下に形成してなることを特徴とす
る自動車用シートの表面構造。
