[Problem to be solved by the invention] However, when ink dries, it turns into dust and has a tendency to float throughout the room, so even if a large purification device is installed to improve the cleanliness, the air purification efficiency cannot be improved. However, it has not been possible to completely eliminate defects due to adhesion of dust, etc. For this reason, there is a demand to perform processes such as supplying ink to printing plates, squeezing processes, doctoring processes, and ink transfer processes to glass substrates that require particularly high cleanliness in a sealed atmosphere. However, the ink that spilled out from the side during the squeegeeing and doctoring processes was currently being scraped off by the printing press operator, making it impossible to seal it tightly. There has been a long-awaited development of a method for supplying ink to printing plates that would eliminate the need for scraping with a rotor and enable the above-mentioned main steps to be sealed. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art. Adjustment rolls are arranged side by side with their peripheral parts touching so that ink can be stored, and while both rolls are rotated from above toward the peripheral contact part, the supply roll and the printing plate are brought into contact with each other, and the rollers are moved to the upper side of the peripheral contact part. This method of supplying ink to a printing plate is characterized by feeding the accumulated ink downward and transferring it to the printing plate via the circumference of a supply roll, and the ink to the printing plate is In the supply method, the amount adjusting roll is rotated in the opposite direction to the supply roll, and its back side is brought into rotatable peripheral contact with a fountain roll whose lower part is immersed in ink in an ink tank, and the ink is transferred to the rotating peripheral part of the fountain roll. The ink on the upper side of the circumferential contact area with the amount adjustment roll (no change in content) is pulled up to the upper side, and the ink stored in the circumference contact area is transferred to the lower side, and the ink adhering to the surface of the amount adjustment roll is removed. The present invention provides a method for supplying ink to a printing plate, characterized in that ink is transferred to a supply roll at a circumferential contact portion with the supply roll.

In the method for supplying ink to a printing plate according to claim 1, ink is stored above the circumferential contact portion between the supply roll and the amount adjustment roll, and the supply roll is moved while contacting the printing plate from above. Then, the ink is sandwiched between the supply roll and the amount adjustment roll and sent out to the lower side of the circumferential contact part,
Since the ink adheres to the periphery of the supply roll, the ink is transferred to the printing plate via the supply roll. In addition, in the method for supplying ink to a printing plate described in item 2, the ink placed in the ink tank adheres to the immersed peripheral part of the fountain roll and is pulled up above the peripheral contact part with the amount adjusting roll. A part of the ink stored here is transferred to the lower side and adheres to the circumferential part of the amount adjusting roll, so that the cleaning IF (no change in the contents) in the specification is carried out at the circumferential contact area with the supply roll. It is transferred to a supply roll and then to a printing plate. Next, the present invention will be explained in detail based on illustrated embodiments.

[Embodiment 1] FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram of an embodiment according to claim 1, in which a printing plate l placed horizontally is moved above a printing plate l by an appropriate elevating means (not shown). The supply roll 2 is arranged so as to be able to contact the surface of the printing plate 1, and the amount adjustment roll 3 is arranged so that it cannot come into contact with the printing plate 1. 21 and 31 are arranged in parallel with each other in contact with each other. The ink 4 is stored in a reservoir A surrounded by the circumferential contact portion 81 and the circumferential portions 21 and 31 and the shielding plates 5 for ink retention installed on both sides. It is supplied in a controlled amount by a method such as the following. F11 on the lower side of the supply roll 2 while rotating the supply roll 2 and the amount adjustment roll from above toward the circumferential contact part a.
21 to engrave the contact details on the surface of the printing plate 1 (no change in content), and move the supply roll 2 towards the right side of the drawing (or towards the printing plate 1).
(to the left in the drawing), the ink 4 in the reservoir A is sandwiched between the supply roll 2 and the amount adjustment roll 3 rotating toward the circumferential contact area a, and a portion of the ink 4 is below the circumferential contact area a. is sent out. The ink 4 that has passed through the circumferential contact portion a and has adhered to the circumferential portion 21 of the supply roll 2 is transferred to the printing plate 1 because the supply roll 2 is rotating in the opposite direction to the traveling direction. It is efficiently supplied by being squeezed out onto the surface of the surface. On the other hand, the ink 4 adhering to the peripheral part 31 of the amount adjusting roll 3 is returned to the storage part A after one rotation. Then, the Fg printing plate 1 whose surface is uniformly supplied with ink 4 is transferred to an ink transfer process onto a glass substrate or the like through a normal doctoring process. The amount of ink 4 that adheres to the periphery of the supply roll 2 and is transferred to the lower side of the periphery contact area a depends on the properties of the ink 4, the surface conditions of the supply roll 2 and the amount adjusting roll 3, and the periphery contact pressure. , may vary depending on the circumferential speed etc., so it may be determined appropriately, but the circumferential portion 2
As the material of 1, rubber, plastic, etc., which can easily hold the ink 4, are preferable, and metals such as aluminum and chromium, ceramics, etc. are preferable. Further, the supply roll 2 and the amount adjustment roll 3 may be rotated with the same circumferential speed, or may be rotated with a difference in circumferential speed. Even if the supply roll 2 is rotated at a constant peripheral speed, the amount of ink 4 that passes through the peripheral contact part a and adheres to the peripheral part 2 tends to increase in proportion to the peripheral speed of the amount adjustment roll 3. be. The rotational direction and the traveling direction of the supply roll 2 do not necessarily have to be opposite, and may be made to coincide, but if they are made to coincide, the printing plate 1 and the supply roll 2
When the peripheral speed of the supply roll 2 is made larger than the relative movement speed with respect to the printing plate 1, the ink 4 adhering to the peripheral portion 21 is efficiently transferred to the printing plate 1. There are no particular limitations on the material, shape, installation method, etc. of the shielding plate 5, and as long as the ink 4 can be reliably stored in a predetermined width and the width can be freely adjusted, it will be possible to obtain the mark 9]. This is preferable because even if the size of the printing plate 1 changes, it can be dealt with immediately. Even if the ink supply device 6 is attached, the ink 4 can be easily and consistently printed (
(No change in content) As long as it can be rolled, there is no limitation on the shape, etc. If the shape is as shown in the figure in Part 1, it can be provided so as to be movable in the width direction of the roll. .

[Embodiment 2] FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram of an embodiment according to claim 2, in which a printing plate 1, a supply roll 2, a quantity adjustment roll 3, etc. are arranged in the same manner as in the embodiment, and a quantity adjustment roll 3, etc. An ink tank 7 and a fountain roll 8 are located on the back side of the adjustment roll 3, and the lower part of the circumference 81 of the fountain roll 8 is ink 4 of the ink tank 7.
The circumferential portion 81 and the circumferential portion 31 are arranged in contact with each other so that a reservoir B of the ink 4 can be formed above the circumferential contact portion. The fountain roll 8 of this embodiment is not equipped with a dedicated rotational power, but is a mechanism in which the rotational force of the amount adjusting roll 3 is transmitted by the frictional force between the contacting circumferential parts 81 and 31, so that the fountain roll 8 rotates. When the amount adjusting roll 3 is rotated from below toward the circumferential contact part a in the opposite direction to the supply roll 2, the ink 4 in the ink tank 7 rotates to the right in the drawing (no change in content). 8 and is pulled up to the reservoir B. Then, a portion of the ink 4 that is sandwiched between the supply roll 2 and the fountain roll 8 to the lower side of the circumferential contact area, and adhered to the circumference part 31 of the amount adjustment roll 3, is further transferred to the circumferential contact area a with the supply roll 2. Since the ink 4 is transferred to the downwardly rotating peripheral portion 2 of the supply roll 2, the ink 4 is supplied to the printing plate 1 with which the peripheral portion 21 is in contact. Incidentally, since the ink 4 is transferred to the fountain roll 8, the amount adjusting roll 3, and the supply roll 2 in this order, the ink 4 is transferred to the fountain roll 8, the amount adjusting roll 3, and the supply roll 2 in this order. It is preferable to adhere the ff1g1 roll 3 and the supply roll 2 in this order and form their respective circumferential parts with a material that is thick. For example, the peripheral part 81 of the fountain roll 8 may be metal such as iron or chromium, the peripheral part 31 of the amount adjusting roll 3 may be metal such as iron or chromium, or the peripheral part 31 of the supply roll 2 may be metal such as iron or chromium, or rubber such as NBR or urethane rubber. Rubbers such as NBR, urethane rubber, and in-prene rubber are suitable. Further, the fountain roll 8 can also be used as a rock roll according to Ani's specification (no change in content), which has an intaglio shape so that the ink 4 can be easily drawn. The fountain roll 8 and the amount adjusting roll 3 adjust the circumferential contact pressure, circumferential speed, circumferential speed difference, etc. in the same way as the supply roll 2 and the amount adjusting roll 3 in the first embodiment, and transfer the ink from the ink tank 7 to the storage part B. The amount R of the ink 4 lifted by the fountain roll 8 is adjusted.
It is possible to adjust the amount of transfer to the knot roll 3. It is also possible to adjust the contact pressure by bringing the doctor 9 or the like into contact with the peripheral portion 81 of the fountain roll 8. Furthermore, a plurality of quantity adjusting rolls 3 may be provided to communicate the fountain roll 8 and the supply roll 2.

As explained above, according to the ink supply method of the present invention using roll coating, the amount of ink supplied to the printing plate can be controlled freely by adjusting the circumferential contact pressure, circumferential speed, etc. of the roll. It became possible to supply the minimum amount of ink. As a result, the generation of unnecessary ink is significantly reduced, wiping work, etc. is no longer necessary, and major manufacturing processes such as the ink supply process, skinolog process, doctoring process, and ink transfer process to glass substrates can be performed in a sealed manner. It has become possible. Therefore, the chances of adhesion of floating dust and the like are reduced, and the present invention can be applied to the manufacturing process of high-precision color filters, etc., for which standards have become stricter, and has a practical effect.
