Abstract

PURPOSE:To allow continuous treatments and operations by supporting a feed shaft in a freely rotatable screen drum, extending the small-diameter part of the feed shaft to the bottom of a raw material feeding hopper provided on this drum and providing a washing water supply path in the small-diameter part and washing nozzles around the screen drum. CONSTITUTION:The cone-shaped feed shaft 6 wound with feed vanes 7 in proximity to the freely rotatably and horizontally installed screen drum on the peripheral surface is supported in this screen drum 1. The raw material feeding hopper 8 is provided successively to the screen drum 1 on the small-diameter side of the feed shaft 6. The feed shaft 6 is extended in the bottom part thereof. The washing water supply path 9 provided in the small-diameter part is opened within the inlet part of the screen drum 1. Further, the washing nozzles 11a are provided to face the rotating periphery of the screen drum 1. The simultaneous treatment of the cake contg. sludge is executed in this way.

This invention is constructed as described above, and the sieve residue put into the hopper is conveyed into the screen drum by the blades of the feed shaft, and first, the sieve residue is washed with washing water spouted from the feed shaft at the inlet. After the sand, mud, etc. are washed and separated, only the sieve residue is sent to the large diameter part of the feed shaft, where it is compressed and dewatered, and taken out from the other end of the screen drum. Washing of residue and compression dehydration are performed at the same time, eliminating the need for conventional washing ponds, etc.
. In addition, in this invention, the screen drum is rotatably supported, and the cleaning nozzle is provided around the rotation of the screen drum, so that even if the screen drum becomes clogged during cleaning and dewatering, it can be cleaned and recycled. Continuous operation is possible. It goes without saying that the screen at the inlet of the screen drum should have a coarse mesh.

以下、図面に随ってこの発明を具体的に説明する。Hereinafter, this invention will be specifically explained with reference to the drawings.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 designates a screen drum supported by rollers 2 and rotatably provided, 3 a drive gear thereof, 4 a drive pinion, and 5 a drive shaft. Next, reference numeral 6 denotes a cone-shaped feed shaft supported within the screen drum 1, around which a spiral feed blade 7 close to the inner surface of the screen drum 1 is wound. This is a hopper for feeding 8-sieve residue, and the small diameter part of a feed shaft 6 is extended at the bottom of the hopper, and a washing water supply path 9 is provided inside the feed shaft 6. The supply path 9 opens into the screen drum 1 at its entrance. Reference numeral 10 is a spout for the cleaning water. Further, reference numeral 11 is a cleaning pipe provided around the rotation of the screen drum, and a large number of cleaning nozzles l1M are for throwing sand. Although not shown, the feed shaft 6 is driven by input from the left side in the figure.

In the sieve sludge dewatering device configured as described above, sieve sludge is put into the hopper 8, and is sent into the screen drum 1 by the feed blades 7 of the feed shaft 6 provided at the bottom of the hopper, while the washing is carried out from the spout 10. After the sand, mud, etc. are washed with water, it is sent to the large diameter part of the feed shaft 6, where it is compressed and dehydrated, and taken out from the other end of the screen drum 1. On the other hand, the inlet part of the screen drum 1 The washed and separated sand and mud is taken out through the 10th screen drum in the core section. In addition, when the screen drum becomes clogged, the cleaning nozzle 11a can spray cleaning water to regenerate it, allowing continuous operation.Although a device for treating sand and mud after cleaning is not shown in the figure, , a receiver is provided so that the receiver along with the washing water can be stopped and easily taken out.
