【産業上の利用分野]
この発明は、ケーブルの撚り合せに用いるターンテーブ
ル装置に関する.
[従来の技術]
従来のケーブル撚合せ機は、床面に対して水平方向に設
置された製造ラインの軸を中心に、送出しドラムあるい
は巻取ドラムをそれぞれ垂直方向に回転させる方式のも
のであった.
[発明が解決しようとする課題]
ところで、この方式のケーブル撚合せ機では、重量物で
ある送出しドラムあるいは巻取ドラムの回転により、撚
合せ機自体に大きな負荷が掛かるため、製品の重量およ
び取り扱えるドラムの寸法・個数に自ずと制限があり、
長尺作業および線心数の多い製品の製造は不可能であっ
た.この発明は、このような点に鑑みてなされたもので
、これまでのケーブル撚り合せの重量,容積,撚り合せ
本数等を大幅に改善することが可能なケーブル撚合せ機
を提供することを目的とする.
[課題を解決するための手段]
この発明は、水平に設置された大型ターンテーブルの上
に中,小型ターンテーブルを据え付け、この中,小型タ
ーンテーブルの上にケーブルドラムを据え付け、上記大
型ター:ノテーブルの垂直中心線上に配設したケーブル
ラダーを設け、大型ターンテーブルを回転させることに
よりケーブルを撚り合せを行なうことにより、重量およ
び取扱えるドラムの寸法・個数の制限が大幅に改善され
、長尺・多心・大口径・重量ケーブルの撚り合せを可能
にしたケーブル撚合せ機構付ターンテーブルである.
[実 施 例]
以下、図面に基づいてこの発明の実施例を説明する.第
1図および第2図は、ケーブル撚合せ機構付ターンテー
ブルの構成を示す平面図および側面図である.即ち、水
平に床上に回転できるように設置された大型ターンテー
ブル1には、中,小型のターンテーブル2,2l ・・
・がその中心から離れて放射状に配置されて据え付けら
れている.この中.小型ターンテーブル2,2,・・・
の数は必要な個数だけ設けられ、この上にケーブル4の
巻かれたケーブルドラム3が各々回転自在に取り付けら
れる.また、上記大型ターンテーブルlの中心線上の上
部にはケーブルラダー6の一端が下方に拡開して撚り合
せ口5となって垂直に設置され、この上端は直角に曲げ
られて水平部6aとなり、さらに折曲げられて傾斜部6
bとなってこの大型ターンテーブル1に並設された巻取
ドラム7を有する巻取ターンテーブル8の上部に連なる
ように設置されている.
従って、中,小型のターンテーブル2上の巻取ドラム3
に巻かれたケーブル4は、大型ターンテーブルlの回転
によって撚り合されてケーブルラダー6を通って水平に
回転自在の巻取り用ターンテーブル8上の巻取ドラム7
に巻かれることになる.大型ターンテーブル1は必要に
応じて大径化することができ、中,小型のターンテーブ
ルを必要とする数だけ同一円周上に放射状に設置すれば
よい.また、数が多くなれば外側の円周方向に据え付け
ることにより個数を増やすことが可能である.
[発明の効果J
以上説明したとおり,この発明のケーブル撚合せ機構付
ターンテーブルは、水平に設置されているので、今まで
できなかった長尺ケーブル,大口径ケーブル,重量ケー
